Odd, you never had a problem expressing your opinion before

If you look back in the thread you'll see that I've already given an opinion on "revenue generation" before. That should give you what you're seeking from me?

As Willy Wonka said "It's all there in black and white, crystal clear"

Not the best reference. He also says "You lose, you get nothing!".

But the way the Ass is giving us all the sandpaper handjob,it is expected.

I expect nothing from the Ass,so when I don't get it,I won't be dissapointed.

I wish I could be so laid back maybe I could come off one of my hypertension meds. I look at it as a few condescending incompetents  taking money out of 30,000 employees  pockets and im beyond disapointed

And in the end Charlie got it all. He just needed to pass the test.

Nope. Most start with being a steward I cant defend lazy lowlifes.

Any updates from the ASS  this week it seems weve taken a step back

For every day we do not have a jcba we need to reduce our dues by the amount we are loosing daily.

Although I, like many, am anxious to get the JCBA negotiations started; I realize it may not be wise to send this signal to the company. It could be interpreted, by the company, as a sign that hourly compensation is all that needs to be addressed. The fertile grounds to make any increase in wage, cost neutral, with concessions gained in other Articles of the contract. There are many aspects and Articles of this JCBA that need attention and improvement. This is our future. This is an opportunity to correct many past wrongs endured by Fleet (IAM / TWU) members. It is a huge undertaking if done right. If done right... it will require a measure of patience and solidarity from our NC and the members. We have recently witnessed the consequences of reaching a rushed agreement in this industry. Let's exercise some patience and solidarity going in. Let's get this right!

One big problem here:
Solidarity starts with letting your membership actually vote on their representation.
This thing has been bastardized from the start, they've got major trust issues with a large portion of the membership right now.

If they would have just got us a decent contract sooner than later members might not be as upset over the other BS they are pulling. The BS will still be there but it would be less painful with a good contract. It just shows how pathetic the ASS really is they cant even help themselves

Go ahead, and you will be terminated, Dues are a condition of employment.
