Have you ever admitted you were wrong about the West getting a Merger Committee?

There are three seniority lists and three Merger Committees, are you still claiming USAPA LLC represents the West seniority list?
Ssssssshhhhhhh!!!! The Elephant in the room upsets the uscabians.

One of the four Leonidas LLC directors is apparently now employed as an American Airlines pilot;\

Having Kevin Horner associated in any way with this DFR only hurts the effort. How can he adequately meet the fiduciary requirements to fairly represent the class? Our sources have told us that Kevin Horner’s current union, the APA, is furious with him for his participation in a DFR suit against another union.

If the pilot bargaining agents in the covered transaction, pursuant to MB, actually decided to agree on the SLI, would MB arbitration be moot?    Imagine the money the lawyers would make!

I think the plaintiff would have a very strong case after entering into evidence public statements promoting a fair process yet going along with the decertified bargaining agent for some backroom deal in an attempt to circumvent the process and could prove the intent to violate it's duty of fair representation to all it's members.

Again, who do you believe? An angry west 2004 hire, or Scott Kirby?
I sure LOVE stuffing you!
Now run along with that cute little tie, and pick up those peanuts on the floor.

CactusPilot1 is none other than our favorite Johnny Jurkoff.  He posts his usual unhinged rantings on an international pilots forum called Pprune.  Same moniker, except we all know what cactus is slang for in certain countries, so the name truly fits.  He is a laughingstock.

It would be too cruel of me to pile on and tell the boys that his absolute fave is Dancing with the Stars.  Oh, wait.  Don't give me any ideas.

Btw, JJ was hired on March 8, 1999.  This whole thing really burns him up.  Stuck in the right seat in that nothing Phoenix hub.  Thinks he should be wearing four stripes and checking out in the 78 in a year or so.  In that crazy mind, he thinks the APA will see things his way.

I hear his favorite is the samba.

Perhaps Cactuspilot can get some of his longshoreman buddies to have a talk with him!

3 lists currently in effect.

LOS....probable
DOH....very possible
NIC....(ever heard of New Coke?)

NIC...have you figured it out yet?

USAPA LLC's update is quite comical. Our seeming intention? Get a clue.

"At the hearing in the Preliminary Arbitration and in subsequent communications, the former America West pilots have indicated their seeming intention to predicate their proposal for integrating seniority based on an updated Nicolau list. We do not believe such a proposal is consistent with the RLA status quo at US Airways, with McCaskill-Bond, with the MOU or the Protocol Agreement or with the decisions of the United States District Court in Arizona. Nor do we believe such a proposal is in the best interests of US Airways pilots. The APA America West Merger Committee is free to make whatever proposal it wants, but whatever it proposes is just that a proposal nothing more. We are fully prepared to oppose any proposal that attempts to integrate the pilots of the New American Airlines in any manner that is not fair and equitable."

The West pilots have never indicated anything other than a position we held with the founding of Leonidas.

Leonidas LLC Objectives

"We, the former pilots of America West Airlines, hereby declare the following:

We fully demand all of our legal rights, in their entirety, within the new US Airways, or any successor airline.
We require full, good faith compliance with our existing contract, the Transition Agreement and ALPA merger policy from all parties.

We will not allow our rights to be trod upon by USAPA, the East MEC, ALPA National, or theCompany.
We will aggressively seek any and all available legal remedies against any party which mightseek to dilute our rights.

We will not tolerate discrimination against the pilots of America West in any form, including the dilution of the Nicolau Award by any means, contractual or otherwise.

We will not engage in fruitless debates over matters already settled.

We will remain perpetually poised to aggressively defend our rights until such time when we
are no longer threatened."

Didn't USAPA LLC indicate in court that "fair and equitable" means whatever an arbitrator says? Wouldn't that indicate they will object to their own testimony?

Good luck in arbitration.

Ok, even though I don't think I ever said it (maybe I did, but my position was that a west committee was unlikely), I will officially declare that you were right, and those east pilots who swore that the west would never get their own committee were wrong.  Happy now?

Actually, so am I.  With the west numbskulls officially detached from USAPA having any responsibility for them, USAPA can concentrate its efforts (and the collective treasury) on getting the best deal for east pilots.

Also, the west disconnection effectively demonstrates that they have nothing but worn-out s***-box narrow-body airplanes to bring to the table, along with their soon-DOA crew base.  Until the disconnect, USAPA would have been obliged to bring the ENTIRE US feet to the table on behalf of the ENTIRE cadre of US pilots, including the west.  Not so much, now.

What could make the east pilots, and even the LAA pilots, happier?

How'd that crow taste? Would you like a toothpick?

You are all of sudden going to try to get the best deal for East pilots? That's news?
Talk about detached.

Furious? Oh, the horror!

Our sources have told us..the sources in Claxon's head fed to you most likely..

No, you evaded. The APA is going to crush you when you bring your Nic plan out. Because you cretins are going to try and crush their furloughed guys too. That is when they hammer you down hard for good.
You are too stupid to figure out that the Nic attempted on the east is more of a threat to thousands of AA pilots, and they clearly outnumber you. You, a group with one base and no widebodies. That is when the east and APA work a deal.
What's the deal?

How come the only time I hear there is a deal, you are the only ones talking about it? Are you the only party to the deal? That doesn't sound like much of a deal. Remind me not to make any deals with Usapians.

Claxon is a bi-polar idiot. If there is an agreed upon combined seniority list, it only happens if the West Merger Committee agrees. Period. No one is dictating the seniority list like the Azzhole East pilots attempted to do...and failed. The APA is powerless,  the FBA fake union, LLC non profit Elks Club in NC is utterly powerless, and the West Committee is along for the ride as well. It matters who has the best argument. I don't think the West has any competition in that arena. You know, "powerful evidence of a fair result" and all.

You must not be one of the 13 Idiots getting personally sued for use of the "collective treasury". I promise you, your attitude would flip in a nano-second if you became one.

Yea, I am JJ, whatever trips your trigger. I prefer The Who and you all are putting on an Eminence Front, the party will end and then comes the crash:

And people forget
Forget they're hiding.

Behind an eminence front
Eminence front - It's a put on.

Come on join the party
Dress to kill
Won't you come and join the party
Dress to kill.

The drinks flow
People forget
That big wheel spins, the hair thins
People forget
Forget they're hiding
The news slows
People forget
The shares crash, hopes are dashed
People forget
Forget they're hiding.

Behind an eminence front
Eminence front - it's a put on
Come on join the party
