Listen here Claxfud, you make some accusations yourself. If they were true, why weren't they fired or arrested?
STFU and crawl back in your hole.
Metroyet made some pretty serious allegations.
Would you agree Move?

Just look at him and his clone, Luv. They can dish it out but they can't take it. They know they are going to have a tough time in arbitration. That's the reason they are trying to divide the West pilot group and somehow splinter us prior to the arbitration. It's not going to happen. They know the Nic hangs over their heads, they have a lawsuit against their officers. It pleases me to no end that they are on the receiving end of what they dished out for so many years.
I think we should all be there in court with our Liberty ties in court, just to rub it in their faces a bit more. What do you think Metro?

Divide the west group, that's already been done and not by us, You have yourselves which are stupid then you have the rest which can see the NIC will never happen and understood what did not take place in order for it to be here and are pissed of at you idiots that did not take it when offered.

Hey, you'll luv this my F/O just about a year here with a block, pretty nice. You are going to locked in PHX for a long time children, you did to yourselves, take responsibility for your failures.

Your insinuation that Anderson is capable of suicide with an aircraft is over the line.
Who knows what author of the most delusionally narcissist letter to Judge Silver is capable of?Who said anything about suicide. Did the Seattle prosecutor commit suicide?

That seems to be the corporate culture at AWA.

Hey Clax, there are lots of Andersons if you have not noticed. Which one do you insinuate? Huh?

"Andrrsons" spell much, sorry could not resist.

Richard Anderson impressed Judge Silver as much as he did the Snohomish Police. AA better pray they never have to answer some awkward, (Germanwings) questions about this guy.
I found and article where a Rick Anderson wrote about a James Anderson. You mention a Richard Anderson. Lots of Andersons..

Tom's Murder

Prime suspect but no end to Wales probe.

By Rick Anderson Tue., Jul 31 2007 at 12:00AM
More than ten detectives still work the Tom Wales homicide case fulltime. But is there still hope of solving the 2001 murder of the federal prosecutor at his Queen Anne hilltop home? "If you investigate somebody for five years and you haven't closed the deal, you have to draw inferences from that..." a law enforcement official tells writer Jeffrey Toobin, who reports on Wales' murder this week in The New Yorker. The slaying is a backdrop to the ouster of U.S. Attorney John McKay, one of nine USAs dismissed by the Bush administration, apparently for political reasons, leading to a move to impeach U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales (see item below).
McKay has theorized he was ousted perhaps because he failed to satisfy Republicans with his review of possible voter fraud in the 2004 Gregoire-Rossi gubernatorial election. But McKay's complaints about the lack of enthusiam by the feds, particularly by the FBI, in going all out to investigate the Wales killing may have also raised GOP hackles; it was clear to some that the FBI/GOP didn't consider the slaying a priority because Wales had a liberal's view of gun control, as the leader of Washington CeaseFire. Ex-special-agent-in-charge here, Charles Mandigo, says "we got no backfill from headquarters - that is, additional agents. In other major cases that headquarters really cared about, they'd say, You're not going to bleed resources, and you'll get all the backfill you need.'"
Mandigo and others also talk about their long investigation of chief suspect James Anderson , the ex-U.S. Airways pilot from Beaux Arts - the village near Bellevue - who has been often written about but never named in the Seattle Times. His attorney, Larry Setchell, said Anderson "is an innocent man and an honest man. Tom Wales was liked by everyone, including us. He did the right thing in our case by dismissing it. We were not mad at him." The attorney also denies Anderson wrote an unsigned 2006 "hit man" letter, confessing to a contract killing of Wales. In a current divorce proceeding here, Anderson's estranged wife Andrea delcared her husband "has been and continues to be the chief murder suspect in the Thomas Wales investigation," and she has also testified before a grand jury. James Anderson, in a divorce-court response, says "I am not going to comment on the FBI' material as it is not relevant to this case."
Says one investigator to Toobin: "This may be as close as you come to a perfect murder."

Are you using yours to read the 9th Circuit Supplental Briefs? I like this part:

II. DUTY OF FAIR REPRESENTATION ISSUES

"The first possible outcome is that the Substantive SLI Board (“SLI Board”) (see
Section IV, infra) uses the Nicolau Award as a basis for integrating the East and
West pilots as a predicate for integrating all former US Airways pilots with the
American Airlines pilots. If the SLI Board does that, then while the precise remedy
the West Pilots sought in their DFR claim (an order directing USAPA to use the
Nicolau Award as the basis for integrating the former US Airways pilots with the
American Airlines pilots) would not have been achieved, the SLI Board’s decision
on its own to use the Nicolau Award would have produced the same end result and
there would be no practical need for ruling here that the Transition Agreement
(“TA”) required use of the Nicolau Award. Cf. Section IV, infra. As noted in Section
IV, infra, the parties will not know what list the SLI Board uses until it issues its
award at the end of this year.

There is also a second possible outcome: If the East pilots assert that the SLI
Board should use some other method for integrating the West and East pilots with
the American pilots and the SLI Board agrees with that position, the remedy the
West Pilots sought in its DFR claim will not have been achieved, either directly or
indirectly.

If this Court abstains now and the SLI Board does not use the Nicolau Award,
then for all intents and purposes it will be too late for the West Pilots to obtain relief
from the Court to compel use of that list. The Court should therefore not abstain and
should proceed to consider the merits of the DFR claim in order to avoid the risk of
serious harm to the West Pilots. Accordingly, the West Pilots respectfully request
that the Court go forward with this appeal now and decide the DFR claim on an
expedited basis."

No, don't need to there was a little something that had to take place that did not, so we all all know what happened next, poor NIC was DOA.

..... the most delusionally narcissist.....?

Seriously? Were "you'se" not the one earlier bragging on the tragic deaths of people that were not killed by AWA accidents? Presuming anyone an actual human being, alive and at ALL aware in this world of ours; what kind of utter infant could even offer up such delusionally narcissistic insanity?

While you're on a roll though, "Dr Phil" or "Lords and Ladies" as you will; what's your "expert diagnosis" of the following, "valor" soaked and "batttle" tested "knight"? Frankly; I was a bit taken aback by just the "Dire wolf" T-shirt alone, (talk about a picture being worth a thousand words...Sheesh!) but perhaps your far more, presumably "educated" take might shed some additional light on the poor lad's condition....?

Perhaps you could ask Cactuspilot1 to post yet another inspirational Battle Flag from the actual Army of the Republic of Texas (as if at all even remotely associated with your currently childish/"spartan"/PHX nonsense) to further advance your case here?

"Greatness" only by supposed association, and lives only "lived" entirely inside Fantasyland have long-been the trademark of the weakest links among your group, yourself most certainly included. Cue Cactusboy53, an acutal west Representative's postings here of movie scenes and mighty cries of "This is Sparta!"/ ad nauseam, ad infinitum.

Metroyet?....Grow Up kid, or at least make even the smallest possible effort in that direction, a notion which is properly and strongly suggested to your "heroic" peers as well. Making sad and sick jokes of yourselves is one thing. Ever expecting, much less insanely demanding that any others ever take "you'se" even half so seriously as you do yourselves sadly requires your having the evidenced "minds" of children....Period.

P.S. For you Metroyet, and/or ANYONE jabbing at one another, from either "side" here, in even attempted association with the Germanair tragedy serves to do nothing more than fully demonstrate their own wholesale ignorance of the severe pathology of any individual truly so mentally ill as to be capable of such a thing. Where you lost my vote as even being possibly "normal" and fully sane was with your cackling over other people's graves, but while I'd prefer never trusting you for much; your infantile lunacy there doesn't begin to qualify even you as full-blown, suicidally, murderous psychotic.

August 9, 2009     army of lyingitas update

Keep in mind that this litigation did not end with the liability verdict in May. As the liability case works its way through the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, we still have an application pending before Judge Wake for the award of $1.8 million in attorney’s fees. The full memorandum of fees should be filed mid september. USAPA obviously would appeal any award in our favor, but to do so USAPA must still part with the entire award amount. In essence, they have to write a check regardless of whether they appeal the fee award. Furthermore, we are optimistic that we will be awarded costs for our appeal should USAPA lose at the 9th Circuit. That’s another check they will have to write, and we haven’t even started talking about the damages trial next Spring.

Bottom Line: At Wye River they turned down even the nic with fences that would've long expired by now, and are once again engaged in a no doubt "righteous" crusade to even, however remotely, if even possibly, someday gain what they were too much the fools to have earlier accepted. As always with any "snapshot in time" for some; well, taken from any distance at all now....one must feel at least some proper sympathy for them at this point...with necessary emphasis on "some" where honest sympathy's concerned....

Perhaps the fictional character Forrest Gump put it best: "Stupid is as Stupid does"....or maybe we're all just long overdue for yet more great "spartan" philosophers' postings about "karma", that so used to frequent these boards in now whole years past....?...Perhaps at least yet another "T-minus" countdown clock for when "the nic will be crammed down your throats!" Seriously; how many millions of dollars have these sad fools "herocially" and insanely enriched lawyers with over the years, only to still suffer stagnation in PHX, and even now find themselves in a much more tenuous position than they held at Wye River, without so much as even a reasonably predictable end to their angrily, oft-posted "sufferings" yet in sight?...If ever?

Eight years next month now since the nic obsencity was first laughed at; it's fair to note the "spartan" umm..."battle cry" of "I'll get you my pretty, and your little dog too!" has lost some of it's initial luster. 😉

I think I'll have to stick with Forrest Gump's wisdom here....
