Hey Clax,

What's your opinion on censorship? 😉

The answer is simple. President Cleary cannot operate in the ways he prefers, when the Board of Pilot Representatives are actively controlling his power lust. Bradford and King, serving on the Appeals Board are also a check and balance. Therefore, Cleary gets his friends to do the dirtyand in this case, REALLY DIRTY work. He, Cleary, remains at arms length from the sewage.

The above videos are not censored.  You are the one providing your own censorship in your mind of the "inconvenient truth."

The idiot who threatened "leetigation" got up later to pontificate, in broken English, about hotels.  "An een is not a hotel."  His question lasted almost three minutes.  An inarticulate boob in love with the sound of his own voice.  How did this guy ever get hired as a pilot?  Check out Kirby's reaction.  He was wondering the same thing.

I thought there was only one Munn.  Unfortunately, they're everywhere.
Yes, Dariencc.  Yet not nearly as embarassing as a former CLT representative cryiing to Jack (Atty for the UCC) ......."Jack, Jack......you just don't know what we've been through!  Isn't there something else that you can give us....?"

Or the former PHL representative asking Jack (for the 3rd or 4th time) what's in it for the Class I aircraft.  Where upon Jack told the representative that it didn't matter how many times he asked the SAME question, the answer was the same.

I'm sure you boys have nothing to worry about at the SLI table.  You've done everything right in the eyes of the law, right?  You are on moral and ethical high ground, right?  Judge Wake got it wrong, right?  Judge Silver's dicta is just opinion, right?  Judge Bybee's commentary is just that, right?  I'm sure that you don't have a thing to worry about.  See "you'se" at the table kids.

I still can not stop laughing losing thousands of dollars and the one saying we have guys that transferred, duh 10 of them accepted their DOH and moved into the EAST system the rest turned it down with Cry me a Wye River so be it ! Island Life , aka original cactus LMFAO!
But wait....DOH is DEAD.  It only cost the retiring A330 Captain about 3/4 of a MILLION dollars (I'll bet they aren't laughing about that) by supporting your DOH loss (for what ever the next arbitrator decides).  What happens if the arbitration panel affirms the only arbitrated seniority list (vs. "the Jess"), and does a relative senioriity with LAA?  Then the USAPA experiment will have cost every single pilot on the arbitrated list!  Keep laughing Mut.  The fun is only about to begin.

The Wye river will be a TRICKLE compared to what may be around the bend.  BTW, you'se boyz really need to get the Wye river "facts" straight before you post what you believe them to be here.

It still boils down to one thing:  Your agent (just like mine) agreed to a process and product.  Members of that organization by default agreed to the process & product.  By attempting to evade that obligation by any and all means makes those participants supporters liars, cheats and thieves.  Final is final.  Binding is binding.  Pretty simple stuff, that is if you had itegrity.

. No it boils down to reading and comprehension, and a contract is contract , no contract no list , what is "itegrity". some urban PHX pilot term?

Nobody cares about you. NOBODY. Scott Kirby shut you guys down. Mario Lucchese (a major AOL Push for justice contributor) said you guys are losing $7000 per month according to him. George Maliga and Brian Stockdell were sitting in the front of the room making facings and acting immature all the while getting B....slapped by Scott. You guys are an embarrassment to the profession.

The focus on seniority is the West pilots Achilles heal and the Company knows it. You'll get to bid out when THEY say you get to bid out and not before. And no....they are NOT going to "pay protect you".
Please keep wasting your time and money. Oh, the arbitrators are bound by M/B law and the contract: December 9, 2013 is the date. Remember that when the SLI comes out.

Status quo, null and void, three lists, ONE DATE, M/B and the LAW.

AOL: waste of time.

DB , maybe you should ask Scott about IT-egrity , ! Or maybe your new original cactus branding T-Shirt. IT-EGRITY MATTERS.

Many are very upset about being stuck in PHX and some of them obviously don't have the maturity to upgrade.

Some of the FOs apparently think they will instantly upgrade to line holding captains with the new SLI and are angry that Kirby plans to personally delay their upgrade a year or two.... If you think they are apoplectic now, just wait till the SLI is published!

Only the Westicles have IT-gritty. After the Beyoch slap Scott gave those guys last week Stockdell, Maliga, Lucchese, and those other guys don't get"smiles" in the terminals anymore.....I think disgust is the more appropriate reason.

Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of guys.

I feel sorry for the very small number of their pilots that actually get it. It's hard to believe they have any smart ones at all, but they did have 12 votes against the MOU.

[SIZE=15.5pt]“…The Arbitration Board conducts an evidentiary hearing, with witnesses, evidence and a stenographic transcript.  The Board’s Opinion and Award are to be issued simultaneously, within 150 days following the PID, unless both pilot groups and ALPA’s President agree to an extension.  The Merger Policy provides, “The Award of the Arbitration Board shall be final and binding on all parties to the arbitration and shall be defended by ALPA.”  No ALPA seniority integration arbitration result has ever been set aside by the courts although some dissatisfied pilots have challenged the award before administrative agencies and the courts.”    US AIRWAVES article; June/ July 2000. Key word- ALPA. Get it????

rding to our reports, on Day One of Wye River, Jeff Freund warned the West MEC that if USAPA won, the West risked losing everything. He urged reaching an agreement. He was gone on Day Two. We wont address his motivation for leaving.
As Jeff Freund observed in his rebuttal to the East MEC lawsuit, the NIC was not in stone. And the loss of ALPA put it in real trouble. At least ALPA had the obligation, through the ALPA Merger Policy, to attempt to get the company to use the NIC Award.

ALPAs lawyers knew the list was negotiable, but they never told either rank and file. We attended last summers ALPA road shows in PHX, starring Paul Rice and a cast of ALPA attorneys. Did ALPA ever hint that the NIC was negotiable? We believe it was for fear of fanning the flames and drawing more support for USAPA that Herndon kept that from us. They did tell all the Wye River attendees the reality. One side listened, the other didnt.

Careful, lest you further injure their all-important "feelings"....Then too; there's always the dreaded threat of more "leetigation" to consider.
