And keep you locked in PHX with stagnation, Thank you, Marty.

PS. I think with DOH even DAVE ODELL (the guy the east saved) could be in the left seat today..

AOL, DESTROYING THE CAREERS OF ALL WEST PILOTS!

I'm glad our reps walked away from that lie at Wye. If they would have made a deal, Dave would have not had a job today if our reps had made an agreement with those who do not honor them.

Thank you, HP ALPA reps.

Thank you AOL.

Thank you Marty.

Get a grip boy, you guys lost big time, you could have shared in the growth but you were lied to buy pretend lawyers.

If you would have let LUVtheLIE rape you he would have thrown you some crumbs.

Honest injun.

You are not a very good spin doctor.

You could have had the nic now if you made an agreement back then.

Exactly what part of the agreement was not honored between the west and the East?

Please give your cherry picker a rest for a moment.

If we had not spent a dime West pilots would not had the ability to defend ourselves from USAPA's selfish objectives. Thank you, Marty.
I'll add the biased treatment by the company run by Bul-Hogg (former East). Interesting read from a pilot who was involved in the process.

"I sat through the section 19 hearing with Lyle Hogg on the cactus 3.

Lyle is the one that found the "information" he is the one that heard the case and he is the one the doled out the punishment. It was a waste of time to even have the hearing. The decision was already made. There is no reason why it took almost a year to do the "investigation" and hang those guys out for that long.

Don't forget there was an election during that time and because they had the investigation hanging out their and usapa kept telling everyone the 3 stole their IDs and they were at risk of thief those guys were tainted. The company interfered in a union election.

The USAPA President was shocked and angry when he learned that the 3 were still being paid while suspended. It was usapa that demanded the 3 be suspended because they wanted them hurt. The company was more than happy to oblige. Usapa is vindictive and the company enabled that.

Lets not forget that the company treated the east and west differently. The cactus 3 were immediately suspended. Yet with all the evidence the company had during the illegal job action not a single east pilots was suspended or fired. Early on east pilots were burning extra fuel going to Europe and the company made those guys go to "fuel school" but no punishment. Until usapa screamed and fuel school ended quickly.

The west was required to repay distance learning immediately. The east coasted for several years before being required to repay their overpayment."

When you(se) don't like the message, you attack the messenger. Easy, dial up a friend out at LGA and try to quell the message or pick on the PSA pilots who don't tow the Usapian line, right?  This debate is all over the www and good luck trying to go to all corners to the internet and quell the message. Good luck with that. What part of binding in biding arbitration don't you understand? There is nothing that says binding arbitration is intended for a party to get a peek and discard it at will. That's cherry picking in my book.

Your clueless, but your more than welcome to stay in PHX for years to come.

This has to be you dumbest post to date.

The "biding" part in the binding part you allege for starters.

Your merger committee attachment 11( https://public.alliedpilots.org/APA/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=Qvw5qsb3-AA%3d&tabid=1341&mid=3819) is the quintessential reason why the nic list is dead.  A JCBA was never obtained.

Please be specific about your other blather at the beginning of your post, it made no sense.

It cost you guys $2Million to get schooled by the 9th (who identified your ignorance about "implicit assumptions) ... but you never bothered to ask them to clarify your educational opportunity so you could get your money's worth.

1) I wrote nothing about biding, I wrote about binding. Try and find a way out of the next arbitrations considering the parties involved know to close the escape routes.

2) I don't know you so I will refer to you as Brian in this example: Specifically, the best defense is a good offense and understanding your rights. Deep pockets are helpful as well.

Anonymous communications have an important place in our political and social discourse. The Supreme Court has ruled repeatedly that the right to anonymous free speech is protected by the First Amendment. A frequently cited 1995 Supreme Court ruling in McIntyre v. Ohio Elections Commission reads:

Anonymity is a shield from the tyranny of the majority. . . . It thus exemplifies the purpose behind the Bill of Rights and of the First Amendment in particular: to protect unpopular individuals from retaliation . . . at the hand of an intolerant society

You're an old "friend" so you have nothing to worry about. Not about you.
