The trial should have never take place. That's intelligent.

Of course the trial should have not taken (notice there is a n)...place. Judge Wake was not on trial.

The Westicles implicitly assume that the Prelim Arb Board made the assertion that there will not be a new Nicolau (a new arbitrator).   Didn't say that.  Quite the opposite...  The PAB's rhetorical question implicitly acknowledged there is of necessity a new arbitrator..."the new Nicolau"..   The PAB objected to a USAPA Committee member assuming they themselves will fill the role of "the new Nicolau". 
 
By giving the Westicles their own SLI Committee the judge clearly magnified the fact that there is of necessity a new Nicolau, to whom representatives of the three lists must be allowed to make their case. 
 
The PAB's closing statement.. "Its a new day".. shows exactly that.  Its a new day, and everyone gets to argue their new arguments, from a new status quo, to a new Nicolau.    
 
Good luck telling "the new Nicolau" that they are the old Nicolau.

hilarious ! Judge Wake was also questioned and ruled against by the 9th circuit court of appeals , Good thing the 9th did not buy his golf lessons , or seen his courtroom since!

I can't say I'm surprised by this latest development.  The respected Lawless America blog has made serious corruption allegations against the "Honorable" Judge Bobby Baldock.  Hey, a guy's got to pay for the country club membership somehow, right?
 
I will not try to convict a man without due process, though the allegations do appear to be credible.  Stand by for the Phoenix peanut gallery to attempt to prematurely exonerate the judge.

I just can't help but wonder if the "Honorable" justice put in a good word for Johnny Jurkoff during his bitter divorce and personal bankruptcy?

Calling a Senior Federal Judge corrupt on a public forum, even under a pseudonym, meets the standard of a libelous statement.
