Like Ive ALWAYS maintained. The East will be lucky if they get the Nic. The 9th opens the opportunity for the West to be awarded damages via the final integration. You can bet they'll be exploring that avenue.

Oh it certainly does. It says usapa has to advocate for the Nic. It acknowledges that the arbs can do whatever they want. Armed with this defining, damning report, I expect the west to ask for damages. Maybe the arbs will agree. After reading this....I don't know how they can't. Especially after reviewing the list usapa has already submitted where the former "Union for ALL us airways pilots" put Odell junior to 98% of third listers. We all know this was the list USAPA was going to push if the West was denied fair representation. That isn't going to garner any warm fuzzy feelings from the panel.

The purely vindictive, organized criminal organization of an FBA called USAPA is in deep trouble. My money is on the West getting attorney's fees, their merger fund that USAPA illegally confiscated and all remaining assets frozen in short order.

USAPPA LLC better start shopping for ties to sell. They start at $675.00🙂

You need to call the 9th and explain "implicit assumptions" to them. They obviously don't understand USAPA!!!!
