west  pilots celebrating early before digesting the Court ruling.  The only thing west won is 9th attorney fees.  We all know where that may come from and how long that will take.
 
The district can now have a proceeding to find damages if they wish.  We all know how long those proceedings will last and where the funds will come from.
 
There is no USAPA in the MB process unless they want to advocate for the nic, that will not happen.
 
There is no APA committee, there is no longer a USAPA committee
 
Three committees and lists.  American Pilots Seniority Integration Committee, East SLI committee and west merger committee.
 
9th noted there is no remedy for the west forcing a nic list.  The west was remedied by the arbitration panel that gave them their own seat. 
 
In conclusion, this will carry on for quite a while until the arbitrators decide and IT problems rectified.
 
No guarantees for any committee.  west enjoy another early celebration hang over for not many reasons frankly.

Well, the judges themselves said they couldn't begin to figure out damages, or even if there are any.  The only thing they could think of is to force USAPA to advocate for the Nicolau during the SLI.  
 
So then...the westicles get the offer made at Wye River after all, which, if they had taken then, would have saved everybody a boatload of money.

All I can say about this mess is that the bargaining advantage accrues to the company. Five years of this contract and when you strike when Kirby gives you best and final offer, you guys do what you want cause I'm coming to work.
