How you going to pay for that Tubbs? Let me do some math for you. The first thing that's going to happen is USTUPID is going to be stripped of the Merger assessment fund for the West that you Aholes tried to steal. Next, you'll be paying 3.2 Million dollars as order by Judge Silver for our legal fees due to your Clear DFR violations. Next, The Remaining Funds will be frozen by Judge Conrad shortly after Monday's hearing. Then, after a court ordered forensic accounting, we'll all be able to see and account for how much cash YOU and your Ahole USCABA principles will be sued for. My guess is that the 14 of you Ahole scabs will be on the hook for something north of two Million. The West owns the USCABA treasury now.
 
So sleep tight tubbs. Better start looking for some cheap "East Unity" swag you can sell for exhoribitant prices to pay for the mess you made. I'd say you've got much MUCH bigger problems on the near horizon than a few west guys bidding ahead of you on your stupid narrow body jet.
 
BTW, please pull more of your typical scab BS and try and play games with the Court. The line for Jail time is getting perilously close to you if and when you do.

Why? Hasn't this gone on long enough? If we don't come up with a common strategy going forward, the AA pilots will certainly come out on top. Truth be known, the West proposal put me about where I expected to be using a 65/35 category/status vs. longevity ratio. The AA guys more than doubled my ratio position. USAPA's usefulness has come to an end IMO. They lost. Anyone that couldn't see this coming didn't take the time to watch the USAPA lawyer in front of the 9th. It was embarrassing.

Then they can give credit for LOS as well as current category and it will still be a re-shuffle. You see the nic was never instituted and never will be. Advocate all you want. The court still left it up to the three arbs, they can do what they want. How is advancing you guys on the Nic fair to the 10k natives?

In light of today’s 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decision all future vacancy bids will be open to all US Airways Pilots.
Although the decision and accompanying orders technically only effect the ongoing seniority integration process, American Airlines in concert with The Allied Pilots Association have agreed that the right and just method for the filling of vacancies going forward in the former US Airways system should and shall be accomplished according to Section 24 of the former America West Airlines Collective Bargaining Agreement.

The west proposal has a guy hired the same month and year 3,108 numbers senior to me. If anything he should be 3k behind me. West career expectations were nothing. Most guys would leave the west for any other major if they could.
