The Nic. is the official list for the East West pilots. It won't change, it won't be reshuffled. It's written in stone. It will be blended into the APA list in it's present order. It's fair to the APA in the very same way it's been determined to be fair to both East and West. If they don't like it...just like you Eastholes... Too fking bad.

That's the spirit kid! Pound "you'se" umm..."chest" and tell not merely 2+ thousand others what's what this time around, but well over 13,000 others now! As always; good luck with your fantasies.

Yea, right , dream on Mr Polygraph. You and Metromess are really good with your predictions, I'll take that bet. You have been batting about .0018.

Well, if we're starting a pool here; we should, in all fairness from west historical predictions, at least offer them favorable odds.

"If we have to use Nic award, I sure hope the committee representing the native AA get more aggressive. To have the west guys gain at native AA expense is ludicrous. The west brings nothing to the table. We need to fence them off in PHX and 737-320 only.

The west proposal has a guy hired the same month and year 3,108 numbers senior to me. If anything he should be 3k behind me. West career expectations were nothing. Most guys would leave the west for any other major if they could.

I think using the Nic. award could really screw native AA...."

A post from Native AA, you just don't get it do you. There are thousands more that see it this way. You are toast, no wide bodies, phx hub, career stagnation.

Pretty much, but give 'em all the needed time to let the actual affect of their latest grand victory sink in a bit...although it'd be good (for comical purposes alone) to let them all fully spool up and start telling the APA people how "The nic will be crammed down your throats!" There's always a period of essentially drunken delerium out in PHX every time any court so much as even mentions the nic, after all.

Historically, I'll bet the Arab states surrounding lsrael thought the Israeli's fold in 1967 and 1973.

Historical miscalculation. Israel is not going away.

Leonidas won't be going away anytime soon, btw.

You easties have a NICe day, and maybe even a NICe weekend. I wonder what Monday will bring?

A fair question there, and the next whole month or two should prove interesting. The fullest extent of your own personal predictions are most certainly welcome here....?

Based on that then I assume the Ninth's order falls the successor CBA (APA) to advocate for the NIC.

An honestly interesting assumption that. What do you base it on?

Sigh...Here we go again folks. Just what's truly in the koolaide "you'se" drink out there that even delusionally grants you the absurdly childish fantasies of somehow seeing your ridiculous little "army of leonidas" as at all equivalent to so much as a speck of sand in the shadow of an Israeli solidier's boot print?

Grow Up!...Or at least make the however futile it likely is attempt.

Meaning what? No end in sight to the litigation.?

Likely not. The vast majority of the pilots involved have no reasonable need to see any of this settled quickly, or even ever settled at all in any way the least bit favorable to the PHX folks. What even possible reason does the APA have for wanting any fast solution to any of this?....Perhaps just so's to open up their own bases and resources to others?

I predict that you lost the case yesterday. I also can predict that I have better things to do on a Saturday rather than going back and forth with boneheads in denial.

Fair enough, since your time is properly your own to govern. No larger predictions as to the presumed future though?

prechilill: we will see the NIC implemented soon, possibly by the next system bid at US.  I'm looking forward to flying the big bus!

And that's part B to the east's kick in their sack by the 9th- they're probably paying out attorney fees Lmao at these east clowns!!!

Big bus right around the corner. Any advice on managing reserve bidding on the 330? God, I can't wait to get my hands on that thing!

And the 350 is next! In 7 years the whole captain list on the 330 will probably be west pilots. Wow!!!

Duly noted...Umm...You wouldn't by any happy chance have yet another of your famous "T-Minus" countdown clocks to offer up again?...If only for the readership's collective laughter? 😉

Per: "God, I can't wait to get my hands on that thing!" I'll never presume on His Will, but I rather suspect He's not all that truly concerned with your childish wishes for a new toy...

Postponement of Seniority List Integration Arbitration Hearings

How the appeals courts decision affects the seniority list integration process will be reviewed and discussed between the parties and the arbitration panel Monday. Pilots who planned to attend the hearings should know that no hearings will take place Monday. All other scheduled hearing dates remain in place until further notice from the arbitration panel. APA will continue to update you on all arbitration developments, including when the hearings will convene.

This is just the start!
