Thank you. Was it really that originally difficult to express your opinion?...Or were you just too concerned over perhaps being later seen as a complete fool yet again?
Call me whatever you want...I'm not the one Junior to Cap'n Aux the Harry Potter spoof guy.

The meeting is still taking place there Jailbait!! Maybe the Arbs can explain to the East Scab Committee what the 9th meant when they said the Nic is it and USAPA is heretofore BARRED from the SLI proceedings.
Unfortunately, you are not going to like what the arbitraitors have to say, It's like thinking you have that winning lottery ticket and find out you're just one number off.

Just another premature celebration as we have seen so many times in the past.

Hmmm. So the 3 Arbitrators are going to reorder the Nic award despite the Order from the 9th circuit? Care to wager your lottery ticket on that?

"In general, the ruling upheld principals that America West pilots have consistently advocated — that binding arbitration is binding"

Yep, when you enter into binding arbitration, guess what?  Its binding!

USAPA existed for only one reason, to get out of binding arbitration.  Easties, you lost big, because you blatantly did everything possible to not live up to your agreements.  What a shameful bunch of LOSERS.

The 9th is allowing USAPA to show up to one meeting, hand over the Nicolau award, and then die. That's it in a nutshell.
That about sums it up. The east got castrated yesterday, on Tuesday they have to answer to a federal judge about their illegal misuse of union funds... God this is great!!!!

Metro, are you going to the Big Bus too or are you going to wait for the 350 to show up?

I don't work for you guys but if I did. I think I'd go big bus. That way I could teach those right seat rookies a thing or two!

One of the four Leonidas LLC directors is apparently now employed as an American Airlines pilot;\

Having Kevin Horner associated in any way with this DFR only hurts the effort. How can he adequately meet the fiduciary requirements to fairly represent the class? Our sources have told us that Kevin Horner’s current union, the APA, is furious with him for his participation in a DFR suit against another union.

hey mike, is it too late to renegotiate your Change of Control clause? You didn't get shitt for it!
When are you bidding for the A330, oh thats right, you can not.  Lots of "leeetigation" before that happens.  See you in a "tousand" or more days.

Something along these lines...to be seen in the future?

To all former US Airways Pilots:
In light of today’s 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decision all future vacancy bids will be open to all US Airways Pilots.
Although the decision and accompanying orders technically only effect the ongoing seniority integration process, American Airlines in concert with The Allied Pilots Association have agreed that the right and just method for the filling of vacancies going forward in the former US Airways system should and shall be accomplished according to Section 24 of the former America West Airlines Collective Bargaining Agreement
.
Premature night time adjudication, ie: west wet dream.
