En Banc cases are rarely granted for review.

SCOTUS is the final say in the matter, the 9th cant overrule SCOTUS.

Do you anything about the process to get it heard in the first place? Do you know the odds of it being heard?
 
SCOUTS ruled, the 9th has to abide by the ruling.

Addington 1 was never heard by the Supreme Court. It doesn't look good for USAPA.

Btw, how do you think they a doing with Judge Conrad today in Charlotte?
 
Dont know and dont care, what the East Pilots did to the west is not unionism.

The US Supreme Court has not heard (nor has it decided) any case involving the USAPA's shabby treatment of the West pilots. Last week, the 9th Circuit ruled in Addington II.
