What kind of Maintenance license did you hold during that time? You have to have a Maintenance license to say what you are claiming.700UW said:Documented? Really?
Maintenance doesnt touch baggage, so how would that occur?
Maintenance has ZERO access to baggage and there is no place to crap in a bag without being seen.

Dave Simmons is a LIAR, he swindled the weak minded west Scabs into believing they were actually going to get the NIC, all the wasted money for nothing and you little AFO's will wind up where you belong.dariencc said:It's true. Dave ain't exactly your brightest bulb. He listened to Greaseball Ferguson and Mitch Vaselino" line of self serving bull**it. He found them to be highly credibleso he supported walking out of Wye River. Brilliant move.
What a goofball. How would you like that scabbing video following you around the rest of your life? "Hey kids, do you want to see what daddy did when he was a pilot?" How embarrassing!dariencc said:
Bobby Baldock and Mike Daley had a rousing 4th of July holiday telling their families about the good times they had scabbing at Eastern and Ansett, respectively.
Mike bacame a media celebrity for his efforts:

That is too funny. They have to make a movie out of those bozos.Claxon said:Mikes flying at that time was at the Australia base. Mike could not reach any management pilots because they were busy starting up Columbia operations office.
"I found the America West Airline drug trafficking trial fascinating. Patrick Thurston, Vice President of Operations, America West, Bob Russell, Chief of Pilots, and Carl Wobser, a captain, all pleaded guilty to multiple counts of narcotics trafficking. They had purchased a DC 6 and embarked upon a career in the drug trade. Unfortunately for them their plane, which they maxed out electronically, had chronic engine problems which required them to touch down unexpectedly in several countries. This was more than embarrassing, since they had not filed flight plans. On one such emergency stop in Aruba, on the way back from Columbia, their plane was found packed with marijuana. There is reason to believe that their intended cargo was cocaine and that after a mix-up they did not wish to fly back empty. Despite the lofty positions these men held with America West, they seemed to have no difficulty getting time off for their drug flights, and America West wanted to rehire Russell after his six months in the Federal country club.
Twenty percent of the stock of AMERICA WEST AIRLINES was owned by ANSETT AIRLINES of Australia and 55% of ANSETT AIRLINES."
You'd better check the condition of your glass house, you hypocrite.CAVOK said:What a goofball. How would you like that scabbing video following you around the rest of your life? "Hey kids, do you want to see what daddy did when he was a pilot?" How embarrassing!
Another holiday weekend in San Diego and here your are posting again after retirement. Why are you not partying on your imaginary boat on Harbor Island or flying off in your imaginary late model aircraft from Montgomery Field? Apparently, you don't even have any friends with boats. Why don't you check and see if someone has imaginary tickets to the Padres games?N924PS said:Not necessary. I was a proponent of DOH with conditions and restrictions prior to the NIC.
Negotiation, mediation and finally a mutually agreed to binding arbitration resulted in the NIC. As another poster recently affirmed, it was a fair and equitable process. it should have been accepted and we should have moved on.
The PSA Pilots Defined Benefit Retirement Plan for Fligh Deck Employees was not quite as good as AAA and Pi pilots but close. The formula was 2% x Final Average Earnings x Credited Service, limited to 30 years. The multiplier was 2.4% for AAA and PI pilots.
Are you playing yourself?CAVOK said:That is too funny. They have to make a movie out of those bozos.

Yeah, it was my fault because ALPA did not vet him out when he was hired by Piedmont. Where the hell was ALPA? I am guessing that USAPA was busy starting up a new union that it did not vet its membership and Ray, an ALPA member, did not out himself. Goddamn ALPA. It failed us way too many times. Those CAL scabs all became instant members just by paying dues. How did the ninety or so AWA scabs get membership in ALPA?CactusPilot1 said:You'd better check the condition of your glass house, you hypocrite.
How about your scab USAPA spokesman James Ray?
USAPA was busy setting up a new union? It's amazing that a "union" set up itself.CAVOK said:Yeah, it was my fault because ALPA did not vet him out when he was hired by Piedmont.
