Well, funny you should ask!

I do not think the West plans on suing anybody.

However,we are going to the courts.

First, Judge Conrad has promised a nice trial regarding how much the West would like from the usapa treasury.  That will be a nice little trip to the courts.

Second, we will end up in front of Judge Silver as per the 9th's remand.  Ole "dangerous ground" Silver is going to have a field day.  I suspect the West will get back the $4 million in legal fees for the past 8 years of Addington, plus, as a bonus, Silver will note that any committee that represents the east will be held to the 9th's ruling, (after all it says it right there in Bybee's explanations of their findings)  Now, the best part is that it will come during the arbitrators deliberations, you know?  while they are writing their award they get the answere to their Question 2.  and therefore disregard all of any east's committee's testimony.  Funny thing is, they had done that already anyway, but had to let you play along so you could be..(imagine my best Dr. Evil impersonation)...""represented" per McCaskill-Bond.
We'll see. Maybe Silver will even enjoin the affirmative use of the Nic by the New American, the AAPSIC, APA, the Arb panel, Scooter and Donald Duck while she's at it.

She needs to provide a remedy right...

alpa was voted out by East pilots because of their ineptness.

You are a flamer and a liar.  You were an unskilled laborer sir that no one was going to jeopardize the airline and their income for a lav dumper, no offense, just reality.

You decided to spend your life partying and living for the weekends, you are living the results of such laziness.

Okay..now I am pissed....I live for the partying and weekends.....what is wrong with dat .... are you some kind you commie socialist piece of sheit?

Hold the phone...I got an answere to all our seniority differences......Little industrious Claxhole here can be the busy bee flying the A330 at night over water long haul on Christmas earning LOA93 pay....And I will be the guy getting paid better than him to party on the weekends.   Hey, I think I know why Nicolau made me senior to Claxhole!!!!

Yes sir, I am sure it is very evident to the readers that you are of very sound mind.

Get out a piece of paper and add up your wages since your 2004 hire date vs your nic fantasy East pilot you were slated to jump 17 years on.

You lost "tousands" of dollars sticking with your nic or nothing army of lyingitas associates since 2007.

How are the damage trials going?

And what ALPA did when it crossed the IAM picket line in October of 92 makes them scabs too at US.

That would be the time when you either a participant in or a supporter of those who were defecating in passenger bags.  Documented fact.  Stop lying about it.

Documented? Really?

Maintenance doesnt touch baggage, so how would that occur?

Maintenance has ZERO access to baggage and there is no place to crap in a bag without being seen.

There are cameras at every gate in 92, so please explain how a mechanic or utility would get a passengers bag with a ramper (who was non-union), seeing it and then take a crap in a bag?

You people are allowed to fly planes and you actually post stuff like this?

Pilots scabbed, by cleaning planes and agreeing with the company to cross the picket line and every pilot get paid no matter if they flew or not, the company ground all the F28s, F100s, DC-9s and MD-80s.
And you whine to Schofield when we wore our "Thanks for nothing, ALPA" buttons.

You all get what you deserve.

Piece of paper....check.

Adding machine...check

W2s for the 10 years since AWA acquired USAirways....check.

lets see that is ten times x carry the naught....okay got it!

Hey, usapa supporting piece of shiet....in that 10 years I made $1.7  million and change.  (at least $400,000 more than the east guy Nic put me one senior to)  I also had a full 170 more days of vacation than my LOA93 sweat shop working co-worker.  Would have made even more, but the east decided they would forgo a contract, strip the West of union representation, and stay on LOA93 rather than accept the Nic.  Well, by undercutting West wages, you got the growth...goodie for you.  Now you get to go to a seniority arbitration as the lowest paid, worst career expectation group of the bunch, knowing you are still getting the benefits of the Nic....

Bravo....you have sooo outplayed the West!!

The Southwest, Air Tran SLI was covered under the MB legislation.  Soutwest offered Air Tran pilots a list that they had to vote on.  Air Tran pilot vote accepted the new list and it was then real final and binding by law.

APA pilots do not have a history of going to a SLI agreement without a stapler and they will not venture that way now.

AMR pilots and East pilots are happy with separate operations for 20 years plus.  The west pilot angry f/o minority are not because that would mean they would get what they brought to the airline.

My point;
Look for APA to offer a vote on the new reasonable list they will soon provide to avoid future delays, fully grasping the fact that most East pilots will retire in approximately five years.

Each pilot group will have to vote for it separately.  My prediction:

AA pilots 99.97% affirmative.

East pilots 87.3% affirmative

west pilots 72.3% affirmative

You can all then move on.

It's true.  Dave ain't exactly your brightest bulb.  He listened to Greaseball Ferguson and Mitch Vaselino" line of self serving bull**it.  He found them to be highly credibleso he supported walking out of Wye River.  Brilliant move.

Sir, you were hired in 2004, you were not paid full f/o pay for 8 years, East f/o's were paid more than you for 8 years and were given 10000 per year for three years during this.

Meanwhile East pilots and their new hires were bidding Captain and A330 f/o.

Sir, I fail to see how you come up with your cost estimation over your short carreer as a pilot with a real major airline, once you were with US Airways.

We tried to tell them to save their money, sorry Dave the NIC is not going to happen.

BIG SMILES!

You obviously do not know Mike.  I am pretty sure he has been a Captain for over 20 years, most on the A320 and I believe he is back on the 757.

Also, just guessing, but I put him around 53ish maybe older, so, it would be pretty hard to fly with him for another 25 years.

Let me guess.  You are one of those angry, furloughed east f/o's who thought they could steal West Captain seats, and since that did not work out you have to create false bull dung post on an anonymous web board trying to stir up FUD so you can try and steal seats from the American Pilots.

Good luck little boy!
Sorry boy he is senior to all you scabs,
