Mikes flying at that time was at the Australia base.  Mike could not reach any management pilots because they were busy starting up Columbia operations office.

Mike is proud to have been a scab at Ansett.  His Phoenix airline was founded by scabs and he makes no apologies for these fine scabs.
 
Mike thinks that he should immediately go from PHX A320 F/O to DFW 787 Captain once the lists are combined.  The American pilots will be lucky to be pulling gear for this fine Ansett scab.  I think Mach85ER will be honored to sit in the right seat for the next 25 years to serve this fine Ansett scab.
 
And what ALPA did when it crossed the IAM picket line in October of 92 makes them scabs too at US.

Well, funny you should ask!  
 
I do not think the West plans on suing anybody.
 
However,we are going to the courts.  
 
First, Judge Conrad has promised a nice trial regarding how much the West would like from the usapa treasury.  That will be a nice little trip to the courts.  
 
Second, we will end up in front of Judge Silver as per the 9th's remand.  Ole "dangerous ground" Silver is going to have a field day.  I suspect the West will get back the $4 million in legal fees for the past 8 years of Addington, plus, as a bonus, Silver will note that any committee that represents the east will be held to the 9th's ruling, (after all it says it right there in Bybee's explanations of their findings)  Now, the best part is that it will come during the arbitrators deliberations, you know?  while they are writing their award they get the answere to their Question 2.  and therefore disregard all of any east's committee's testimony.  Funny thing is, they had done that already anyway, but had to let you play along so you could be..(imagine my best Dr. Evil impersonation)...""represented" per McCaskill-Bond.

How did they cross the picket line sir.  You claim pilots were cleaning airplanes, I have never seen such, you lie sir.
 
You were an unskilled laborer for US Airways, breaking jetways and defecating in passenger bags attempting to be paid like some kind of professional that is worth more than min wages you were paid.

In CLT alone we filed over 500 grievance during the 30 day cooling off period due to pilots and FAs performing another union's covered work.

It too me to threaten management with sitting in a cockpit or boarding flights for them to do something about it.

Mach85ER should be proud to be 2500 numbers below former AWA furloughee and United bottom feeder 757 reserve IRO "767 Jetz."  Mikey Jetz is a legend in his own mind and Mach85ER will be happy to  surrender any widebody rights to this celebrity pilot.  Nicolau was a genius, as Mach85ER will soon realize.  Mach will be a proud reserve hub turn specialist, knowing that he righteously supported the Westie Nicolau advocates such as 767 Jetz and Ansett scab Mike Daley.

alpa was voted out by East pilots because of their ineptness.
 
You are a flamer and a liar.  You were an unskilled laborer sir that no one was going to jeopardize the airline and their income for a lav dumper, no offense, just reality.
 
You decided to spend your life partying and living for the weekends, you are living the results of such laziness.

You obviously do not know Mike.  I am pretty sure he has been a Captain for over 20 years, most on the A320 and I believe he is back on the 757.
 
Also, just guessing, but I put him around 53ish maybe older, so, it would be pretty hard to fly with him for another 25 years.
 
Let me guess.  You are one of those angry, furloughed east f/o's who thought they could steal West Captain seats, and since that did not work out you have to create false bull dung post on an anonymous web board trying to stir up FUD so you can try and steal seats from the American Pilots.
