Certainly not Nicolau.  You got the top 517, then a ratio in status that also favored the east. (i.e. the east owns the top HALF of the Nic)  Gee, how "worthless" is that?
 
The Nic is more than fair and equitable toward the east pilot group.  
 
I also trust that the current arbitration panel will do this right.  The Nic, ( the only valid system seniority list for all LCC pilots) will be combined with the AA list.

. Well given the number of lawsuits yet to be filed, Not only is the NIC dead your time clock after M\B is challenged through the federal courts you will beg for DOH! Just sayin!

When they fly with me they do.  I also do short of half, but a good share of the walk arounds.
 
Never know when today's F/O might be tomorrow's chief pilot, managing director or vp.
 
Another things F/Os do in PHX.  They fly really well!  But, that is self evident when you compare the east and West safety records.
 
And do the west f/os split the bar tab with their west captains, too, just before they report for flight duty drunk?

Yep...really got screwed after 22:30. I sat at USAPA headquarters for 3 1/2 days and listened to explanation after explanation regarding the MOU being seniority neutral. I NEVER heard it stated that it buried the NIC award. We were told it specifically avoided the issue so we could all get raises via a new contract and put us on equal footing with the AA pilots while the NIC was settled in another venue. How we got from there to where we are now is nothing short of a complete legal blunder, IMO. 
 
 
After nearly a decade of this I think the elasticity of the law, facts, and opinions allow for an extraordinary wide judicial range (even when all visible appearances don't fully account for a reasonable range).

1:45 into the video Judge Bybee said your dfr was not ripe.
 
7:20  no injunctive relief
 
8:40  rhetorical club statement by Judge Bybee
 
15:00  the west attorney claim of no legitimate purpose.  Your west pay checks vs the MIT airline pilot pay study? 
 
I differ with you spinthis, the first 18 minutes of the 9th video is the reason for the soon to be announced En Banc.
 
I think you attempted to steer the lazy forum and west pilot pundit inquirers away from the the first 18 minutes.

Just think, USAPA may have stood a better chance if Mike Cleary had not fired Seham. USAPA lost the case and the chances for an appeal of any kind are remote.

Do you know if the former USAPA Prez with the victim mentality ever settled his lawsuit against USAPA?



"The former president of the Charlotte-based union that represents US Airways pilots filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the union, claiming he was unfairly cheated out of payment for almost 100 unused vacation days he accrued.

Michael Cleary, a pilot, headed the U.S. Airline Pilots Association from 2008 to 2012. He was a fierce opponent of US Airways and led a high-profile safety campaign in 2011 that the company claimed was in fact a secret work slowdown.

The union charged that US Airways was skirting safety requirements, but a federal judge in Charlotte sided with the company and issued an injunction ordering pilots to stop the slowdown.

In his lawsuit, Cleary claimed he worked seven days a week for the union for most of his four-year term and took only seven paid days off during that time. He worked on those seven days he took off as well, Cleary said."

You say spin those should listen after the first 18 minutes, I say all should listen to the first 18 minutes.
