Note to apa pilots; another america west pilot claiming they want to stay in the phx sewer, but require from you that you should not require any fences if the nic award....???

Yep...really got screwed after 22:30. I sat at USAPA headquarters for 3 1/2 days and listened to explanation after explanation regarding the MOU being seniority neutral. I NEVER heard it stated that it buried the NIC award. We were told it specifically avoided the issue so we could all get raises via a new contract and put us on equal footing with the AA pilots while the NIC was settled in another venue. How we got from there to where we are now is nothing short of a complete legal blunder, IMO. 

 
We got from there to where we are because you are completely full of Bullshot!!.
 
Now tell us why the "seniority neutral" usapa opposed a West merger committee.  The usapa plan was not to settle the Nic in another venue.  It was to ignore the Nic and allow the east pilot group to renege on their contractual obligations, while harming the West and not lifting a finger to represent the West's interest, that is why the scab union is guilty of a DFR violation.
 
or,,, are you saying the usapa merger committee was going to propose we use the Nic for integration with the AA pilots?

You WEST had what you wanted , 9th circuit influence, Bobby B, Etc but you screwed it,between personal tradegy, you guys really messed up , this will be M/B and guess what there will be more than enough self interest groups in litigation to keep this integrated list tied up for more then 5 years! Congrats !
