Now tell us why the "seniority neutral" usapa opposed a West merger committee.  The usapa plan was not to settle the Nic in another venue.  It was to ignore the Nic and allow the east pilot group to renege on their contractual obligations, while harming the West and not lifting a finger to represent the West's interest, that is why the scab union is guilty of a DFR violation.

Don't let yourself get too pumped up because you temporarily have the upper hand with the 9th. The true "bullshot" is five West reps that heard the exact thing I did. Three PHX reps and two from the negotiating committee that are suddenly struck dumb because it does not collectivly serve or self serve the interests of the West pilot group. I am not a USAPA insider nor do I have a pipeline to their thinking, but my guess is they opposed a separate West merger committee because the USAPA merger committee was supposed to be made up of East AND West pilots presenting a united front in the MB arbitration. That is until the West guys QUIT!!!!! AGAIN!!!!! You can read as well as I can that the East Merger Committee did NOT come out with a DOH proposal.
Save the West party line for those stupid enough to believe it. You know as well as I do that your win in the 9th was based on a lie. That 10H wasn't seniority neutral.

At $675 a pop, I would have expected the self-cleaning upgrade would be included.

Marty was not doing the roadshow Q&A. It was the USAPA attorney you refer to as the idiot because he most likely cost you big time with the 9th's decision. I witnessed his shuck and jive at the roadshow and in front of Silver.

The person that you refer to is USAPA's attorney Szymanski.  He's the one that said the MOU was "seniority neutral".  You'll have to take up his level of inteligence with him.  The INTENT of the MOU appears to try and cheat the West (again).  Don't worry, the courts get it and are truly tired of it.  Hang in there, Buddy.  It's almost over.

I'd say the WEST NAC Committee members were simply parroting what Counselors Szymanski and Wilder told them.  Don't worry friend, the courts get it and I suspect that the new Arbitration Panel gets it VERY well.  You should just sit back and enjoy a cold brew and watch the event unfold.  Your new "Dream Team" of a different name is now assembled.  You have nothing to worry about, right?
