Did Cleary get you that too?

USAPA Update on Injunction Order
In compliance with Section IV of Judge Conrad’s ruling in the United States District Court, Western District of North Carolina, USAPA is distributing the following notice to all US Airways pilots by the most expeditious means possible. USAPA will provide more information as soon as it becomes available. Thank you for your prompt and thorough review of the following:
NOTICE TO ALL US AIRWAYS PILOTS
In July 2011, US Airways filed a complaint against USAPA alleging USAPA had violated and was violating the Railway Labor Act (“RLA”) by, among other things, engaging in a concerted effort to interfere with US Airways’ airline operations, including but not limited to a slowdown, work stoppage, strike, sick-out, work to rule campaign, and other concerted refusals to perform normal pilot operations. At the time it filed the complaint, US Airways sought a preliminary injunction to prevent USAPA from engaging in the acts and conduct alleged in the complaint. After a full evidentiary hearing conducted on August 19 and 22, 2011, by decision and order dated September 28, 2011, the Court found there was evidence sufficient to meet the legal burden that USAPA had engaged in actions that violated the RLA.
The September 28, 2011 order specifically enjoins USAPA and its members, agents, and employees, and any persons and organizations acting in concert with, through, or under it, or by and through its order, from violating the status quo provisions of the Railway Labor Act and from permitting, instigating, authorizing, encouraging, participating in, approving, or continuing any interference with Plaintiff’s airline operations, including, but not limited to, any slowdown, strike, work stoppage, sick-out, work to rule campaign, or any concerted refusal to perform normal pilot operations in violation of the RLA. This order continues in effect unless and until modified by the Court.
All US Airways pilots are instructed to fully perform their normal working schedules and practices.
All US Airways pilots who are engaging in a concerted refusal to perform normal pilot operations are directed to cease and desist from any concerted refusal to perform normal pilot operations, by engaging in acts including but not limited to slow taxiing, writing up all maintenance items, calling in fatigued, delaying flights, refusing to answer a call from the scheduling, refusing to fly an aircraft that meets the requirements for flight, or refusing to accept voluntary or overtime flying, and to cease and desist all exhortations or communications encouraging same.
USAPA will take all steps and measures to comply with the letter and spirit of the Court’s order and instructs and directs all US Airways pilots to do the same. Any and all acts and conduct in violation of this Order may subject individuals and those acting in concert with them to punishment under the contempt powers of the Court.
A copy of the order issued by the Court is shown below.

Reading this yet again I'm forced to ask of all "spartans" just exactly WHERE the supposed benefit of actively assisting and mindlessly cheerleading for a company requested injunction against the entire pilot group was to be found? Was it still then the prevalent fantasy that management (and especially "Doug") were truly your best-friends-forever that were somehow going to ensure your nic quest's success? How's that perverse little fantasy actually played out for "you'se"? I mean seriously folks; just how incredibly STUPID do people truly need to be to indulge in such behavior, much less to ever even be capable of wallowing around in Fantasyland to that extent?

Now, if you want to compare flying skills .....

I'd very much like to do exactly that with you personally nic4us. You should show no reasonable reticence at all there, what with your previously posted, mindless braggadocio about how "well" even just your first officers alone supposedly "fly"....Right? You, yourself must then truly be something AWAsome indeed to see aloft, so don't be the least bit bashful or feel yourself untowardly constrained in any way by now clearly misplaced modesty?...? PM for details and arrangements.

No worries where your precious "Integrity" is concerned, as wagered funds would be held in only a mutually agreeable entity's hands, and only subsequently disbursed within previously agreed contractual confines. I mean seriously; can you even possibly imagine that I'd ever take any childishly self-fantasized "spartan soldier" at his/her "word" anyway?  You would only be "flying" seated beside a professional "baby sitter" for even mere tourists anyway, and perhaps you could even bribe him to do the actual flying for you, so where's the possible harm? 😉

nic4us: "Get it?  You will never get an acceptance."

Gee...I must "wonder" why?

No matter, I suppose, after all: "This is Sparta!" and "Integrity Matters"...Right? 😉

nic4us: "Now, if you want to compare flying skills"....."You will never get an acceptance."

Perhaps you'se "Lords and Ladies" should just seek mutually sustaining comfort in Fantasyland alongside your "valor"-soaked, "battle"-tested "knights" and "dire wolves"....and kindly spare us all from further exhibitions of your utterly infantile, fatuous nonsense otherwise:

Seriously though: what kind of more truly pathetic excuses for "pilots" could there ever be than those who've neither the spine nor the chops for proudly showing literally the whole world their AWAsome "skills" aloft? This "new breed" of "dire wolf" T-shirted and only laughably supposed "pilots" induces nausea.

Oh no, more delays coming on the SLI, What a shame

For whatever reason: now there again's yet another "huge surprise"....Who could've ever seen such coming?

More time in the fishbowl. It is true. Delays again into more more east bids.
2017 is reality.

An indulgent moment of supposed "philosophy" here, but 2017's much too far in the future for any of us to have a clue about even then, as is, for that matter, even tomorrow. 😉

What's fairly safe to say here's that PHX will likely remain just PHX, (if even that much without severe reductions) for a long time to come.

Whew! There are clearly some truly "troubled" perpetual adolescents with serious personal "issues" out there in "sparta"....

One "award" must be properly rendered the "spartans" though; never before in the whole history of aviation has any group so proudly (however perversely) more "successfully" displayed themselves as such previously unimaginable, utter infants.

west pilots constantly harp on east pilots. west pilots. Your comments on the CLT incident from your lofty perch??

I defiinately do "want to compare flying skills" with you, pathetic little "spartan" wimp, so PM for agreeable terms, details and arrangements at your earliest convenience.

What was your "Integrity" ridden excuse again?....?

PHX rep, please inform the membership.

I've no idea of the incident or circumstances about any A321 being recently harmed, but I'll never "cheer" for another pilot's misfortunes, and none are ever well-served by doing otherwise.

"There, but for fortune..."/etc.

You are correct. One should never wish ill on any aircrew. It makes me sick when someone makes light of any crash/ incident. Unfortunately, that is not the case here on this forum.
