You and Spinthis /Eastcheats/Metroyet are the worst offenders, and throw the karma term around loosely. I honestly feel badly for that crew and would never wish it on anyone.
Your group has almost delighted in bringing up past incidents.
It is disgusting. You and your group need to apologize.

You'll be waiting a very long time.

Something along the lines when Hell freezes over.

FU!

Good luck with that one!

"Snap I always thought your were an ###.... but God knows your just a self centered SCUM BAG!!!! 154 lives were at risk and with just 2 people requiring medical attention, thats a Great Job by the Crew, both Front and Back! If it was You, I would give you Kudos Too! To Blow a nose tire at rotation and ingest it into the engines and put it back on the ground safely speaks loudy about the Pilots abilities."

Can you find some reports on US Airways flight 1702 which support your analysis?

Mostly agree with your 1/2 hearted post (sans paragraph 3). In all fairness in regard to paragraph 3, we all feel the same about you, Capt. Crunch.
Simply bringing up stuff like this or championing one's record over another is akin to "whistling past the graveyard" and in extremely poor taste.
It looks like it was a windshear encounter/microburst.

"Over the weekend, an agency spokesman said the FAA was investigating, adding that the cockpit crew reported that shortly before touchdown the twin-engine, single-aisle aircraft experienced a wind shear sometimes referred to as a microburstwhich can cause a sudden and violent shift in wind direction relatively close to the ground."

"The Airbus A321 en route from Atlanta with 159 people aboard smashed into several approach and runway lights Saturday night, climbed away from the strip and then landed safely on a second attempt, according to the Federal Aviation Administration. There were no injuries, but the event has prompted scrutiny from government and industry safety experts."

"Crews also must comply with safety rules at individual airlines, mandating landing pilots to execute a go-around if their planes arent stabilized during the final phases of the approach with the proper speed, altitude and orientation relative to the ground."

Why don t you dredge up your earlier comments about the DC9 that went into CLT in shear years ago?
How about your heartfelt little rants about " Bangtail Fu&$s"
Now that you fly lots of them, you might have a bit more wariness about flying a 321.
Karma. She is a *****. Would not wish what happened on anybody, yet you played with things like that for fun.
Pretty sad.

Do you ever plan on returning to the line to face the pilots you tried to screw over of are you going to stay in that hole in New England?

I'd caustically suggest that an airbus, with or without an autopilot off, ain't much of an aircraft.

No computer-driven POS (without even any semblance of a survival instinct) that'll nonetheless fight against pilot inputs could ever be decently termed an "aircraft".

RESISTANCE IS FUTILE

As the old saying goes: "God takes care of drunks, fools and children."  That pretty well covers the westicles now, doesn't it?  Would that be a proprietary form of the "hat trick"?

I'm pretty sure that's not actual scripture.

Here are some actual proclimations:

"These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

A proud look, a LYING tongue, and hands that she'd innocent blood,

A heart that deviseth WICKED IMAGINATIONS, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

A false witness thst speaketh LIES, and he that so we the discord among brethern."

Am I guilty of some of this? Perhaps. How about you, Luvr?

Sorry the NTSB has yet to issue its final ruling as to the cause.  HOWEVER, You are still a SB that attacks the Profession that feeds you and your family.   Not once have I read about you making statements about other carrier pilots making errors during incidents.  YOU WERE NOT in the cockpit and have no clue as to what went thru their minds at that moment.  No matter who flew the GD aircraft Saturday West/East or any other carrier, they experienced a Once in a Lifetime Event and Everyone walked away.   One hell of a job by that crew....
