He did say every East pilot should be down on their knees thanking MC.  😀

You're the only east pilot around here that's down on your knees "LT Hardy".

Do you have a man crush, Clax?

You can't possibly be even implying you actually imagine "cap'n aux" to be a "man", are you? Thanks for the Joke of the Day's unquestionably winning entry.

What kind of "man" would the Pink Panther prefer?

"Pink Panther"? Have you added even those to the PHX arsenal of "knights"/"spartans"/"soldiers" and of course "Dire Wolves"? I suppose I shouldn't be at all surprised anymore.

And here I'd thought the whole Pink Panther bit went more like this:

No charge. Now; about that wager, or are your sorry likes just going to otherwise shoot your mouths off and pound your hollow chests forever? 😉

You've long-since secured whatever Academy Award might be in the making for "Most Laughable Village idiot", so no need to continue submitting more mindless entries "LT Hardy"...Well, unless you've the felt need to further secure your position there, of course.

It's not surprising you would so easily, but mistakenly flatter yourself. I strongly suspect a pronounced denial of reality's unknowingly hampered your life's progress for a long time. Such is the cost of needless narcissism, which, although you've clearly no clue as yet, is a both a burden and even a poison to bear in life. Observe the clearly crippling developmental affects on your unfortunate "cap'n aux" alone, and then ask yourself if you too wish to live your entire life as a perpetual child. "Cap'n aux" offers one of the most sadly dramatic examples of Arrested Development I've yet seen. You needn't follow such an unfortunate's footsteps in any way. Life's actually a whole lot more rewarding and enjoyable once you get past any fantasies of it ever being "All about MEEE!" Just sayin'....

By the way "jake"; something I doubt you're much equipped to personally understand, but will be offerred anyway, is the following explanation for said challenge. I learned very long ago that it did not much matter whether the person one faced in athletic competition was even an "evil" Russian/East German/"Commie Bastard"/whatever during the heights of the Cold War. He was just another human being doing his very best to win in a sport we both loved for the honor of his country, and some degree of mutual respect and even understanding came from such events. IE: We're all just people.  Some of my more treasured keepsake pins in fact came from some of the then Soviet Team. I'd (8 years ago now) originally posted the wager with the slight hopes of that proving true here as well. Admittedly; I now it do it just for laughs and the tiny hope of some mighty "spartan" stepping forward, since 8 years time's taught me to just see them as largely inept and wholly contemptable little "kids" instead of potentially viable opponents in any mutually loved sport. One of their only laughably supposed "pilots" of late's even posted defensive drivel about "stunt flying"...One just can't make these people up as even decent jokes. Your own self (being equally laughable) even refers to a wagered recreational encounter as a "Dogfight".

P.S. My bad "LT Hardy". Where such notions as "for the honor of his country", and of course all things pertaining to "Honor", I suppose I should've naturally deferred to your purely Hollywood-movie-based expertise first....

ok east. I've been reading of this challenge for 8 years and haven't heard any details. What are looking to judge? Short field landings, stall recovery altitude loss, best dressed? Give some detail about your challenge would you.
