USAPA was birthed through a pursuit of a fair seniority. It seems the MB process will by definition ensure that.. And we can think APA for both inventing MB and now for helping ensure it. We shall see. Sooner or later, eventually..

It's not the first officer's jump seat, after the first realignment bid you won't be making that call.  Just one less thing you have to think about.  Have a NICe day!!!

Did you notice the Prelim Arb Board said something to the effect of "So you are the NEW Nicolau".  He acknowledged there is a new Nicolau.  Ha!  We'll see what the New Nicolau comes up with.  Sooner or later.

From the beginning USAPA sought a fair and equitable resolution.  Some of the leaders were more vocal about it than others.  Never the less, you belie your hope that it won't be fair and equitable, but rather a retribution.  That might not play out too well.  We'll see.  Sooner or later.  Eventually.

They make it sound like another near victory!"We are gratified that it (the Court) did not grant Plaintiffs the sweeping injunctive relief that they sought"
 
The usual "while we are disappointed" was not accompanied this time with a statement saying "we are supremely confident" !
