You realize that Leonidas is entitled to attorneys fees, (claim 3, Addington) which are in the ballpark of $4 million. In addition, Judge Conrad who ruled against USAPA in the past, has to decide what to do with that $4 million that was not returned to West pilots after USAPs were decertified. That pretty much wipes out your treasury.
 
The USAPA officers had better hope there is enough money in the bank because we are going after their assets as well to make-up any shortfall.

Here's the sad thing, Bean.  If any one of us chose to take up Capt. Crunch's little challenge, and managed to beat him fair and square (after he gave his word that he would abide by the results).....he would then likely stomp off with his silk scarf & leather cap and demand a do-over because the results were unfair.
 
This is the kind of response that we have witnessed for the last 8 years.  We would not sooner enter into another agreement with a USAPAian again for that very reason.  We don't play with cheats & liars.

Why would we need refunds on Liberty ties? We have a well funded defense that handed USAPA a number of defeats.

Marty warned those idiots over and over. You just can't fix stupid as they say. So. The East pilots are now officially penniless. What's the plan? Better start the funding machine asap. The question is, how many fronts are the East pilots willing to fund? The officers are going to trial and...wait for it....DAMAGES is front and center. There's around 10 million dollars left in the scab fund that is untouchable without court order. What about SLI? I assume out of panic and greed that at least some Easties will cough up some money to fund *something*. However, I'm willing to bet that the officers are on their own.
 
That's the Easthole way. Me. Me. Me. Now that these officers have failed to provide anything they'll just be tossed aside to fend for themselves as their homes, bank accounts, toys etc. get confiscated by the West pilots as they are slammed into the hurt locker of personaly bankruptcy. That's assumming that jail time isn't in their futures either. We'll see. Being the West now has 4 million East dollars to perform exhaustive discovery for the upcoming trial, (which the opposing side will self fund) any illegalities will be persued with the full weight of the law. Expect ZERO Mercy from AOL.
 
So, whose going to form the new LLC? The East doesn't have a fraction of the unity the West has. They're so far behind the 8 ball that they're going to drown in this mess they created before they can even wrap their minds around it. Given Easthole culture, I'd bet any money that MAYBE 10% will donate a paltry amount to any East efforts going forward. Sure, the USAPA vote was free with a promise of stapling the West. Big East turn out for the selfish freebie although it was a  Huge failure...unless 5 extra years on LOA 93 was the big win. Now that the Eastholes actually have to go out of pocket? Crickets.
 
Has Wilder and Scumanski terminated their relationship with the Pickleball Association yet? I would expect that at lightning speed unless the East share of the APA funds has already been confiscated by your very "learned" legal team.

The APA is providing you with every "protection" under MB. A Fair and Equitable process. That's it. That doesn't mean you get your way. Also, that process must comport with Federal Law. I think we have a few recent examples of USAPA/East law violations. If you don't think that won't have any bearing on this SLI you're smoking crack. Pull out your checkbook or just bend over for free. Either way. It's coming at you like a freight train.
