Once again the courts fail to aid the people they are supposed to serve. The courts have stuck their nose into negotiations numerous times at the most inopportune junctures (been inconsistent, contradictory, and inconclusive). Now we are told the appeals court presumably failed to say what was necessary the frst time in their ruling and now have to add a supplemental mandate?

You are right. No one is entitled. No one. New hires can now do your job for less than you get paid (and they are!). We ALL got what we wanted and now it's coming to a DOMICLE near you.

I'm happy. No more strikes, no more job actions, you go to work, do the job the Company asks you to do (as you should) and go home. Life is great here!

Old news.  But, it is not ALL West 757s it is 8 out of 9, and the fleet is going to 16.  Wonder where those 15 757s are coming from?
 
Also, with the remaining retirements this year, PHX will be close to 1200 active pilots.
 
What did you think we still had 1880 pilots like we did 10 years ago at the merger.  You would be wrong in that assumption.  It seems the scabs stole around 600 West jobs.

What is 1200 minus 22% ? Help me out.

Sigh...Why should I even waste the time? Eight years now, and "you'se" mighty "spartans" have fully demonstrated your true nature as supposed "pilots" there, and it's pitiful enough watching all your passive-aggressive blustering and pants-wetting on just the internet alone.

Everyone except the west and some justices have demonstrated their willingness to accept the McCaskill bond process and move forward, as the statute provides and as everyone agreed (and both the PAB and BOA ruled that three committees are necessary for "fair and equitable"). It is your right to keep using the courts as much as you wish to interfere with MB decisions, but don't complain about the consequences of more delay, or of the results after trying to stick it to the MB arbitrators.

You all are responsible for your own fishbowl and nobody is shedding any tears. If you are lucky Silver will have pitty on you and save you from yourselves. At any rate the BOA isn't amenable to any more interfereance in their work, be it frivolous delays or court infringements. Good luck!!

It sounds like you're celebrating the continued & systematic dismantling of the Phoenix base started by former AAA management. It sounds like you're happy that the company has seemingly helped you do everything in their power to discourage & deny us the seniority list that was the product of a mutually agreed upon process.
Good for you. I truly hope that you and those responsible for this mess get everything that they truly deserve.

Hilarious, you mention the " mutually agreed upon process" are you referring to also the TA another mutually agreed upon document that stated "dual separate ratification of a joint CBA by " both parties" you see had this not gone your way you as a collective could have voted it down and well redux today! 10h is illegal. It's MB using the Nic and LAA. It's really pretty simple.
