Don't worry about any new lawsuits to sort out the MB statute. There have not yet been any lawsuits over the application of MB and there surely won't be any reason to start some now. They just won't happen, unless the courts keep jumping into the middle of the MB process and force them.

Why did the east pilots completely ignore its own funding needs for their new "what's USAPA?" SLI Committee? Did you all think you could just keep spending the Wests money against them with impunity? My guess is nobody lifted a finger to set up a funding campaign because your group is simply way to inept and disfunctional to ever pull off something to obviously simple and essential.. This is where the West blows you emotionally hysterical maniacs out of the water. You guys are utterly incapable of managing your own affairs. Honestly, you SHOULD let AOL represent you. You'll be far better off if someone protects you from yourselves.

I guess I missed it. Exactly WHY did NO east pilots lift a finger to fund your new unelected "not USAPA " group? Were you just relying on the old standard operating procedures? The ones where you think someone else will pay your way for you? Just spend the 1.3 million from the APA. The 14 named defendants will just have to pony up a little more.
