One of the four Leonidas LLC directors is apparently now employed as an American Airlines pilot;\

Having Kevin Horner associated in any way with this DFR only hurts the effort. How can he adequately meet the fiduciary requirements to fairly represent the class? Our sources have told us that Kevin Horner’s current union, the APA, is furious with him for his participation in a DFR suit against another union.

DECISION AND ORDER

Having considered the Motion to Postpone the Hearings filed by the East Pilots SIC, as well as the positions advanced in response thereto by the West Pilots SIC, the American Airlines Pilots SIC, APA, and the Company, the Board finds that no compelling good cause has been shown at this time to postpone the start of the scheduled hearings in this matter, as set forth in the Board's July 5th Order. The Motion to Postpone is, therefore, denied.

It was a good decision. The MB Arbs understand they have it and that there is not currently any impediment to reaching a fair and equitable result.   
 

Should circumstances change such that compelling good cause to alter the schedule exists at some later point in the process, the Board reserves the right to revisit the issue at that time, either in response to a Motion or sua sponte.

Thanks. I've sometimes wondered what was actually printed on the backs of those "Integrity Matters" T-shirts. From all I've ever seen posted here, or otherwise provided on video; I'd naturally assumed a broad yellow stripe, but had no idea some motto was there as well. No matter, I suppose. While "you'se' are addressing "ENTITLEMENT"; you've 30 seconds to make even the most feeble case for what you've ever done in your laughable life that properly entitles you to really much of anything at all? Thanks for the laughs in advance, and extra points given if you include the term "earned" at any level.
 
Oh well. This would be your cue to post yet more chilidsh fantasies of just how AWAsomely well all this will really work out for "you'se", and of course again promise all that the grand apocalypse you Fantasyland fools hold to be forever forthcoming will be "soon, very soon". Spice it up with a few more "t-minus" countdown clocks for additional chuckles if you please, but sleep soundly with the Fantasyland notion that all of American Airlines will doubtless be laid out for "you'se" to plunder and even generously be placed at your very feet. After all: "This is Sparta!"....Right? Sigh..I've long-since given on any possible value in even gently suggesting that "you'se" ever Grow Up.

Here's a prediction. Just for fun or course. The East is such a fractured, disorganized mess that no self funding campaigns ever get established. They're simply not capable of anything close to what AOL pulled off. Zero unity, too many competing interests, too many distrustful chiefs and too few dedicated Indians. The 3 ring circus called USAPA will look like it operated like a finely tuned Ferrari compared to the catastrophic clusterF**k of a self funded eastie group with no rights, responsibility, DFR, or oversight. The upside would be the fact that you guys could continue to run utterly pointless and ridiculous "elections" for utterly pointless and ridiculous positions that serve ZERO purpose. I know how much you guys love those elections.

Right. The West DESTROYED USAPA. Your group couldn't possibly be any less prepared for this SLI. Your fake FBA is Broke, enjoined, and the fake officers are on the road to personal Bankruptcy. Depending upon what they find in discovery, possible jail time. Would it really be shocking to find out that several laws have been broken behind closed doors? It'd be shocking to find that no laws were broken by those fools. In some manner or other. All of my predictions are playing out. Where is you DOH contract promised you 8 years ago?
