Well...I'd certainly at least hoped for some "spartan" company, but there seems to be not-so-much as even a single spine among "you'se". 😉
You perpetual children dependably afford an always amusing study of Arrested Development though, so it's not a total loss.

Most amusing. "You'se" honestly can even imagine that I'm either "impressed" or "intimidated" by lawyers? Seriously son? Whew! ...The bad news for you is that you'll evidently spend what's only laughably to be even supposedly a "life" as an utterly spineless little fool/village idiot/whatever with no evidenced brain whatsoever, and nothing to ever offer the world other than a mindless mouth to likely be used at the world's pleasure. Oh well..."Not my circus...Not my monkees" Good luck to you.

We have all seen the inordinate delay courts cause. That is why everyone agreed to submit it all to MB. 
 
The irony is that the one group causing court delays is the one group that is most likely to suffer furloughs when the block hour protections are over late next year.

Maybe a depth charge delivered by the 9th? It's amusing to see you yellow lanyard wearing submariners dive after the 9th's ruling. It wasn't that long ago the 9th could do no wrong. Funny how that works out.

Arbitrators' decisions meant everything to the west for a decade, until they didn't like arbitrators being in charge and are trying to get courts to muzzle the arbitrators. Hypocrites too blinded by selfishness they are tossing the whole herd of rabbits into the briar patch.

Unlike the West Pilot Committee, all the other groups (including the East Committee) are fully acknowledging the MB Arbitrators' decisions and are not seeking to overrule the MB decisions through the courts.   Don't get me wrong, I fully support your right to go to court to get them to assert themselves into the middle of the Arb's table, and if you run low on money make sure to send all the LAA and East pilots a mailer (with a self addressed envelope) so we can donate.   We will help you buy all the rope you need.
