How soon with the American West 96 hires be in the left seat of the 330?  I say, 18 months from now.  

 
I could be wrong, but I think you are at least 36-40 months off.  It will be at least 4 years before '96 hires regularly hold 330.  By that I mean one might jump in there as the junior award sooner, but '96 hires regularly bidding the 330 will be a while.

The 9th issued explicit instructions to the District Court.  There is no discretion allowed in the mandate. 
 
MB law allows the the American pilots, the East pilots and the america west pilots to each have a  sli committee with a snap shot date of December, 2013.
 
It is up to the Arbitrators now.

Eric Ferguson makes Frank Lorenzo look like Pope Francis.  EF...the "new" new nicolau?   I think not.  That would be Parker, Kirby and Isom.  The BOA isn't going to be the ultimate "arbiter" of OUR situation.  That "test" will come in 2020+.  Oh, and I don't think people are stupid.....just AOL pilots.  In any case, your "memories" won't really start for at least 18 months and even then a lot can change...and probably will.
 
Labor isn't dead....just the lawyers that get "the money".

Also, Simmons was not at Wye River.  You must be thinking of some other West pilot that is senior to you.
