Stick with your strategy, it has worked well so far for you.  (sarcasm)
Oh you are right. It has worked wonderfully. Thieves are denied DOH. Thieves will be held accountable. Heck, thieves might even go to JAIL.

The Anderson letter will brief you on the situation.
I LOVE the Anderson "MANIFESTO" (only 2nd to the ANONYMOUS chicken-$HIT letter that you kids sent to my HOME following the CLEARY trumped up "Identity Theft").

You are of course speaking of the INFAMOUS "Captain James Anderson" that proceeded to "instruct" a FEDERAL district court judge on HOW she should rule? Right?

This would be the SAME James Anderson that is involved in a couple of other court cases in the State of Washington, RIGHT?

What an inspirational "character", to be sure!

Hey is that daylight at the end of the tunnel? NOPE. It's a freight train & the END_OF_USAPA (sorry Jamie, I couldn't resist!!).

Hey. Just got back home from a 2 week vacation. Good time with more memories than I can explain here. Had internet access at a few locations but after almost 4000 miles driven, I choose to just read all the highlights and I have to say... pretty good couple of weeks for the west pilots.

I've always told my wife about the "potential energy our case has perpetuated."

We are now starting to see that our coiled spring is releasing a bit of it's energy. After nearly a decade, things are starting to rebalance, and it's happening quickly.

I look forward to each day to come to see what else the laws of our universe re validate and am astonished at how quickly it's happening.

Agreed and well said.  The day of reckoning is quickly approaching, tomorrow the APA and the east clowns have to file their briefs, the west files their response two day later and then Silver issues the injunction.  Given the LIGHTNING speed she is going with this it is evident she wants the injunction issued prior to the opening of SLI talks.  It will be truly entertaining and satisfying to watch the east pilots have to argue for the Nicolau list to be in compliance with a court injunction.  Truly a fitting and proper punishment to these idiots to have to stand in front of the arbitration panel and say it, otherwise be in contempt of court.  September 29th... T- 16 days and counting!!!
But NIC Is dead, it's just a proposal, and there is no plan B.  HA HA HA HA HA
The 87 to 89 hires are starting to really $h!t bricks!!!!  HA HA HA HA HA
But just wait until the first system wide bid where the next 330 upgrade class is nothing but west pilots... that will be awesome to watch the east swallow!!!  LOL
Rule 65, get to know it!
Ya'll have a NICday!

How soon with the American West 96 hires be in the left seat of the 330?  I say, 18 months from now.

No worries on my part.  But actually the "last laugh" will be on the APA and the Labor union movement as a whole.  Next time this year Friedrichs v. CTA will have been decided and it looks like agency fee payer will probably be gone (NLRA).  Since you have access to pacer look up Serna v. TWU 15-10328 (RLA).  With that waiting in the wings it looks like employment at will is coming.  Remember, it took a corporation, AOL, to bring down USAPA (and inadvertently labor unions) all together.  As prechilliII salivates over these "new 330 Captain" positions in 18 months....there will only be two years left before our contract becomes amendable.

I know that I will have only 7 years next month to age 65 and if the "pilot shortage" continues and my health remains good I plan on coming to work well after that if the FAA extends the age (and they will).  Make no mistake....AOL won't be telling ME what to do when YOU guys want more pay.  The lesson here is seniority doesn't work anymore and you guys can picket and strike because myself and the rest of the "new hire" Captains are going to save our dues money in our retirement funds and care not what you "new union" guys do trying to get more for less.  We're still coming to work.

I support the Company 100% and I will make every day, from this point forward, to make the "new American" a success.  I was a part of USAPA and I believed that we could repair the damage labor unions self-inflicted upon themselves.  The Ninth and the Supreme Court are "remaking" labor law now and adversely affecting the stability of the pilot profession as a whole.  The "pilot shortage" isn't because of PAY, it's because of instability, seniority (or the lack thereof) provides for them going forward.

Remember, you got what you wanted....the real question now is......CAN YOU KEEP IT IN 2020?

So "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road"

When are you gonna come down
When are you going to land
I should have stayed on the farm
I should have listened to my old man

You know you can't hold me forever
I didn't sign up with you
I'm not a present for your friends to open
This boy's too young to be singing the blues

So goodbye yellow brick road
Where the dogs of society howl
You can't plant me in your penthouse
I'm going back to my plough

Back to the howling old owl in the woods
Hunting the horny back toad
Oh I've finally decided my future lies
Beyond the yellow brick road

What do you think you'll do then
I bet that'll shoot down your plane
It'll take you a couple of vodka and tonics
To set you on your feet again

Maybe you'll get a replacement
There's plenty like me to be found
Mongrels who ain't got a penny
Sniffing for tidbits like you on the ground

Oh and just one more "tennis lob":

.....our (medical) increases this year are 8 percent for the Standard and Core plans, which is slightly below the national average for plans offered by companies our size. For those in the Value plan or who remain in the legacy US Airways plans, the increases are 10-12 percent – mostly due to high utilization and specialty drugs.

And don't forget the 2018 "Cadillac Plan" review under Obamacare.

Your "union dues" at work.

You are a Completely. Pathetic. Hypocrite.

Thanks.  Coming from you I'll take that as a compliment!!!
Well you'll be elated with this then:

What you and your "down by the river" van boys tried, (and failed) to do with USAPA was indescribably worse than what a garden variety picket line crossing scab does. You, your fake union, and all it's cheerleaders are the LORENZO of labor groups. You cut a swath of destruction though organized labor. YOU DID. And for you to keep getting on here whining about how labor is dead is among one of the most arrogant things i've witnessed. How stupid do you think people are? Do you think no one has any memory of what actually took place?

At least Bradford will be paying for his sins. You, true to form, just want to take your ball and go home...again. Pathetic. Have a pleasant day Lorenzo.

Your thoughts please sir?

Well that is an open ended question....let me try!!

1.  To date, the Nic is still the only accepted combined seniority list covering all LCC pilots.

2.  The east is about to stagnate and draw down.  Company announcements that all future deliveries are going LAA, as are all flow thru PDT pilots heading to LAA domiciles, as LUS domiciles are according to the company "fully staffed".

3.  The upcoming SLI will move forward, sans east committee that will walk when Silver writes her injunction.

4.  uscaba is about to implode when the judges freeze their funds and accounts.

5.  As since their inception...USAPA=SCAB!

I think that about sums it up.
