Black Swan said:Parker has played this masterfully, that we could agree on. The three pilot groups in this deal will have a substandard contract for years as a result.
No great credit due drunken "doug" with that. Any "quality", even undergrad business schools have for decades taught techniques for the manipulation of employees, and even the most mediocre halfwits would know the value of case psych studies in that regard. That supposedly "intelligent" pilots make it all-so-easy is a fault dependably counted on from their own full ignorance of the "just business thinking". Parker's come up with absolutely NOTHING original there....It's more a matter of mighty "pilots" being properly played for being the too-often-ignorant fools "we" dependably are, and have been for decades...Umm...Of course such games are always made easier if one picks a particular type to employ in the first place: AWA's Johnny M. to the CEO: "Should I turn them in?"/etc....and don't for a moment even imagine that AWA didn't at least have some minor league "minds" involved with who they hired and why = "Useful Idiots".
In full fairness; Delta was successfully sued for psych screening for "non-assertive-personality" types...and all AWA really had to do was just hold a door open for all the hopeless wannabes who couldn't find jobs elsewhere instead.
"Parker has played this masterfully"/ Not-so-much really, since little playing was ever needed there.
