• WE KILLED DATE OF HIRE
• WE WON THE RICO CASE - TWICE
• WE WERE ABLE TO CONFOUND LITTLE MIKEY'S PLAN TO GET 3 PILOTS FIRED FOR TRUMPED UP "Identity Theft" CHARGES
• WE SUCESSFULLY MADE SURE THAT EVERYONE KNOWS THAT USAPA IS GUILTY OF DUTY OF FAIR REPRESENTATION

The BOA (working for the SAME organization that the esteemed George Nicolau works for) is now going to listen to three different arguments.  I think your fearless leader Mike Cleary said it best:

The LAA and the LUS pilots all know what scum bags you guys are (not all west pilots, Simmons and friends).  Just read C & R, as a result of you and your group actions you are the dirt on the shoe of 14,000 pilots at AA.  Everyone hates you.  For the rest of your career, every time you request a jump seat or are on a trip you will have the knowledge (and fear) that you may not ride and or the rest of your crew despises you.  Sounds like a great career, its what what you brought to the airline.  Enjoy, you earned it.

The LAA and the LUS pilots all know what scum bags you guys are (not all west pilots, Simmons and friends).  Just read C & R, as a result of you and your group actions you are the dirt on the shoe of 14,000 pilots at AA.  Everyone hates you.  For the rest of your career, every time you request a jump seat or are on a trip you will have the knowledge (and fear) that you may not ride and or the rest of your crew despises you.  Sounds like a great career, its what what you brought to the airline.  Enjoy, you earned it.

Enjoy your perceived victory. Keep in mind that Judge Silver was overruled by the 9th and her order does nothing to change that fact. In addition, the AAPSIC has come out in support of the Nicolau. We fought and got a committee who is going to present the Nic so you have 2 committees vs yours and a previous arbitration as powerful evidence of a fair result. So, you get your seat at the table, you don't get to storm out or call foul. I'd start worrying about how that committee of yours is going to do as the process moves along.

Your worry is the damage Ferguson, Koontz, and Vasin have done to your careers and wallets.
Perhaps the wives at the dinner table are casting worried glances. All that money wasted.
Vacations, college, cars etc. could have been enjoyed. Mrs.Harper was the main beneficiary.
You cast your lot with the Phoenix Summit C- Law School Grad. Mitchell Vasin has no business being involved in this. Bill Wilder will eat him alive. The signs were in front of you, your cockiness and greed clouded your judgement.
The arbs are going to produce a fair result, not one based on what everyone but you recognizes as a failed award. They know Nicolau blew it. They will rise above it all.

After the identity breach, Now Dave seriously, where is ALPA, defended by ALPA, you confuse ALPA with USAPA , there is no contract to put it in , pointed out in the TA, modified overwhelmingly by the west pilots, read the instructions, and your the west pilot base manager, no surprise there!

~Longevity is not "dead". It is included in the East proposal. BTW, LOS and not DOH was the original proposal from AAA ALPA.
 
~The RICO case was only ruled that the suit was in the wrong venue, but could be retried in another court. 
 
~The pilots that stole our propitiatory information were disciplined but not terminated.
 
~Very few people know of the outcome of the DFR suit and it will just be a footnote in labor history, along with the dissenting view of one of the judges at the Appeals level. 
 
~We were going to be before the arbitrators anyhow.
 
Now what? What have you really won? Just a question.

Glad to hear it.  You were looking good when I saw you in the crew room last week.  Your prediction about the Silver non-injunction was spot on, too.
 
Btw, the new rumor in Phoenix is that Vaselino and Johnny Mac are taking human growth hormone.  Plenty of quack doctors in third world Arizona.  Let's hope the Leonidas boys stage an intervention.

Time to move on west pilots.  It is up to the SLI MB Arbitrators now. 
 
APA is finally realizing after this distraction has gone away, that they will not be able to bring their stapler along to SLI meetings any more,
 
Look for west to file a declaratory with the 9th (a waste of time) and the apa pilots to ask for a delay in short order.
 
The rock has been lifted off the ground and the varmints will scurry now.
