The courts had seven or eight years to solve this but couldn't.  They have been overtaken by events and are now irrelevant.  The BOA has it and not one judge anywhere will dare say otherwise.    
 
Grab a cold beverage and watch the future happen.

Or.....you could have kept your word, remained in contract negotiations, not formed the DFR-guilty "union", not persecuted, not prosecuted and have gotten one if not 2 new contracts. Oh well.

Always looking to the past lamenting what could have been, and always assuming a celebratory future before it gets here.  
 
Face the facts.  You are in the stands with the rest of us.   The Refs don't care about your integrity t-shirt.  They don't care about the last game or the next game.  They are refing this game.  The players on the field don't care about your booster club donations.  The other fans don't care if you think you have a crapy seat.   We all bought our own ticket.  Sit in your assigned seat, buy a cold one, get your popcorn, and watch it unfold.

During my contemplation I often smile, knowing where I am, and that my position is senior to junior scabs who tried to hijack the labor process for their own personal gain at their co-workers expense.  In other words, I helped fight of uscaba from stealing my job, and I won!!
 
I suggest you do a little introspection, for it is the scabs at usapa whose lesson on greed is all teed up and ready to be taught.

I did, every word. You got the injunction the 9th called for, but none of the overreach. How's that "Company you must implement the Nicolau Award today!" looking?

I'm going to try again on a few other questions. Were you a rep when the MOU process was going on? If so, did you warn the pilots that you represnted that 10h was illegal? Did you hear any of the west NAC members warn the rest of us? Did you vote for the MOU knowing that you would then turn around and claim that 10h was illegal.?

Integrity awaits.
