Silver cited and leveraged numerous arguments made by Tashima in her order. Over and over she sided with the dissent. She made it clear there was no sense in even having an injunction anymore. She pointed our that not only the three judge panel knew this but also the full ninth court knew it as well.

The only reason she issued her impotent order was to satisfy the ninth (exactly as they mandated) and to laud Tashima. Integrity matters.

The courts have now separated all the groups and put them back at square one. This is the do over.

You are missing the point, Silver did not overrule the 9th. If you think that this is a do over without the Nic, you are in serious denial as usual.

She did not overrule the 9th. She schooled them from the Book of Tashima, and she wrote a useless injunction (because they told her to) that has no impact on any of the participants of the MB seniority integration.

Fair and equitable doesn't suck, by definition. By definition, a windfall would suck for someone. Ergo the East pilots were imbued with the horse power to prevail over biased judges with an agenda. The courts have conceded defeat and have walked away from their assault. They have acknowledged that the ratified MOU separated the three groups. The BOA has it and the result will be fair and equitable.

The only thing that might suck is watching your vain windfall apparition blow away with the smoke and get replaced with fair and equitable.

You ratified it so you may as we'll enjoy it!!

Legal bills? What legal bills exist that won't be paid for by dues that west pilots helped fund?
