You do know that their protocols require returning switches to operational positions?...And seriously; just what sort of infantile idiots (like yourself) would even TRY to EVER "excuse" or feebly attempt to "explain" away even the smallest attempts at aircraft sabotage of ANY sort? I was trying to calmly explain that there are situations that explain why there was an ILS tuned on the rad/nav.  This whole intent of sabotage thing is a bit dubious when the box gives you a message ILS/RWY disagree.

Overall?...I think my heartiest laughter came from the times PHX folks ever even fantasized any lawyers/courts to be their "Righteous" saviors, and of course "Doug" or the APA people to be their "Best Friends Forever". 😉
 
No matter "spartans"; just continue to enjoy your strange little ride in Fantasyland for so long as you can.....and don't be the least bit troubled by the fact that even the most rudimentary sort of village idiot could've foreseen your current circumstances, since none among your august "leadership" would seemingly qualify as even that much. USAPA couldn't deliver upon a single promise despite all the money and advantage. The BOA has never been required to use the Nic so nothing has changed...except you've had your legal options stripped from you next you want to throw another tantrum. You're all in with nowhere to hide.

What sort of list eventually comes forth from the panel's anyone's guess at this point, regardless of personal notions/hopes/curses/whatever.  It's a sad business for all of us that this mess ever even came to be in the first place.

Where would be the best place to view the transcripts of the SLI process day to day? I don't trust opinions...rather read it for myself.

Why yes....we have the amendment itself, which specifically prohibits its application to mergers prior to 2007.
