There are three abiters to deny East pilots the "senile old man" excuse if they (or anyone else) doesn't like the outcome again.

But the "senile old man" excuse gets much more weight in light of the three-arbitrator process used by United-Continental and Delta-Northwest.  Maybe....just maybe....there is something to justify that "senile old man" excuse than only the SLI in front of us right now.

The hiring standards of west flight ops are readily apparent in the last few posts. The LAA pilots have seen the weird and creepy Capt Gay on film. They are shaking their heads in disbelief.

Which Article? If you're referencing how many Aircraft and how many People have been destroyed by East Pilots over the last 3 decades then the list of articles is far too many to count. Post that on C&R.

The arbitrators know what they are dealing with, a group who vilifies the process and arbitrators vs a group who went to court to defend it.

I don't think it will be lost upon the three arbitrators exactly just why there are three of them there.
Maybe you westies should tell them you had to close 50% of your hubs and be gifted 25% of the easts flying. All with no wide bodies and no hopes of ever having any. You can all stay in the fishbowl, you still have what you brought to the merger.
