No, I don't lie or cheat. It's because he was clueless, and has no answer. He supported the Nic when he didn't think it would affect him, then had an "Oh crap!" moment and realized it could. Now he wants to limit YOUR movement. Do you support him?
Do I support him?

Maybe he supported the Nic because it was the result of a process that was agreed to by the parties. A result that was evaded by a party who knew if they had superior numbers would allow an escape which it appears was the plan all along. I'm sure he'll be watching the process a bit closer because he knows your history as a group.

Nic4us- your comments regarding Massachussetts Institute of Technology salary data versus Angry F/O supplied data?

Sure, you once again have provided the data to prove my point.

Notice that US Airways is the lowest (by far) of any listed for the year 2006, then has a slowly increasing amount once the far superior West rates brought up the still low LCC average that was dragged down by the east's inferior contract.

So, for an entire decade (2005-2015) the east was the worst paid pilot group....including worse than some regionals...and as a consequence have hurt all LCC pilots in the current SLI.

Thanks for supplying the data...and, nobody cares what rate you were paid in 1987 when AWA was still an upstart (which BTW was paying a commensurate rate considering its position in the industry)  We are dealing in the here and now, with a snapshot of 2013 when you were content to stay on LOA93 to steal jobs.  In 2013, the east was the lowest paid, working under the crappiest rules, and gain the most by far in the MOU.

So you're planning on cherry picking by using east longevity and west contract. Got it. Great strategy.

No, from what I read, and admittedly I am not paying the closest of attention, the West committee proposes a Nic integration into the LAA list via equipment and status with a weighting for longevity.

Now the question begs, what is the method of determining longevity.  Seems the APSIC has a problem when giving credit for longevity within their own list, and the EPSIC is even worse giving credit for years not worked etc.

Also, I do not believe the West put too much emphasis on contract, because the east is pulling down the LCC side of that argument.

The word "scab" misapplied is repugnant, unless its some Westie using it in their thrashing about, frothing the water of the fishbowl, attempting to splash people on the other side of the country.... then its just kinda the usual, expected bad manners (and empirical evidence that USAPA did everything it was ever intended to do).

The waves in PHX are ginormous.

Well, please give us definition of how to apply the term.  Seems east posters on this board continually misapply it's usage.

I use the term to describe a union formed to strip co-workers of union representation for the purpose of stealing their positions within the company, and yes, uscaba was successful, right up to the point where the 9th ruled and made the uscaba theft impermanent.

You are a disgruntled west pilot. We already know how you use it. No need to explain. You can return to thrashing the water in Fergie's fishbowl.

Again, you didn't answer the question.

He may have originally supported the Nic for just the reasons you give. But I don't think he thought it through and now wants you restricted to the LUS fishbowl. When this is all over wouldn't you like to be able to execute your seniority in any base?

Then perhaps you should read the transcripts. See what your expert said was valuable about LUS. See what LAA thinks of your stapler, even though they missed a golden opportunity on that front. See whose longevity the west wants to use. See how your words in the US/AW SLI are coming back to haunt all of us. It's pretty hypocritical.

That's because nobody wants to associate with liars and cheats like yourself.
Says the guy who stuck a bunch of people in a bankruptcy. What is your plan to pay them back, or is it fine to stick them.
Now you want to jump years of seniority you never earned. Quite a track record.

Says the guy who's airway was purchased by America West Airlines. You come to this property with 1800 furloughs and a POS bankrupt airline and expect a to continue on like you owned the place. You're not entitled to positions which other pilots had. Pilots who were flying at the time of the purchase. Even the arbitrator said you were not entitled to those positions. But no, you would not listen. You had your chance. Too late. Too bad. No sympathy from me.

Pool, sure. We know you were just taking a break from your "Dancing With the Stars" marathon.
I don't watch Dancing with the Stars. Since you brought it up, how many Kardashians are competing this season? 😉

When is Marty going to get his money? Didn't the 9th tell Silver she should consider "damages"? Oh, scratch that.. I mean "lawyer fees"?

Your personal integrity in your financial dealings is appalling. You stuck them for thousands of
dollars. Then you expect to take a position from others to personally enrich yourself.
Soon you will fail again in your theft scheme. Stay in the fishbowl and serve your time.
