Myself, back on these insane threads just post nic: "Umm...Guys/Gals?...This nic thing isn't going to really work. Can we talk?" The west posters' responses, perhaps best evidenced by the lunatic likes of prechilill's December 2007:: "Ho Ho Ho!...St Nic is coming to town!"
 
In much more recent years, we had, from their own elected Rep cactusboy53, the west's definitively posted answer anyway: "This is Sparta!'...And folks; I promise those to be actual quotes from this very board. I mean really; who ever would/could even try to make up such infantile insanity?
 
One can only hope they've fully enjoyed all their endlessly repeated rides in Fantasyland in the meanwhile, and are still content with remaining there....
 
P.S. If that's not sufficient evidence, well, "Lords and Ladies"; we can always proceed onward into heroic and glorious "battle" with your "dire wolves", "Larry Potta" wizards, and of course "knights".....? My fault earlier for not "respectfully" adding about the "knights", and I again directly quote, who are heroicially self-proclaimed to have "fought with valor" of course....Small wonder that such AWA-some "men" feel the proper "right" to adopt even Lady Liberty as merely a mascot and minor smudge on their noble Ties....

Why such anger? Whatever your latest fantasy is that helps sustain "life" in PHX/"sparta" is perfectly fine with me. Throw us all something more recent (and at least hopefully more grounded in any even slight aspect of reality) than all the west's usually childish nonsense and I'll be happy to work with it...?

west pilots will be be given an offer they can not refuse by APA soon.  Stay on the PHX island for years or capitulate.  Cactus 18 lore now becomes the cactus "Catch 22".

We all know the west is screwed by being separated out. Their "leaders", now more than ever, must maintain the Nic or Nothing stand.

"Nic or Nithing" is the very identity of the "leaders". It is not possible for them to deny their identity, and worse, it is now impossible for the west pilots to have any democratic or elective process whatsoever regarding their representation.

The West appear to have their very own representatives, but they have no way to elect, alter, or influence their representatives.

A Catch 22 indeed. It's no wonder we see fewer enthusiastic disciples wondering the airports sporting their Liberty Ties.
