Prior history tells me it was Screw U Eastwipe II.

FSDO in city where flight paired maint div is running investigation, was in there Friday and they mentioned it is a serious violation and certificate action! Not smart,

Ah! "The complaint has been filed", so nothing more's required then? Interesting. I'd been under the erroneous impression that a case had to first be presented and won in all instances like this, and whatever result then subject to appeal by either side.  Apparently, that doesn't apply here...?

As I've said; enjoy your fantasies kid. Frustrated and angry children often find them comforting, after all, and I honestly suspect from your posting history, that you've had a "life" entirely based on keeping a permanent residence inside Fantasyland.
The complaint is headed to trial. The 13 will have quite the legal bills to defend themselves at a minimum. Maybe AOL will take a page out of the uscaba playbook and run the billable hours through the roof in an attempt to bankrupt them ASAP. Of course, it didn't work agains 1600 Pilots but 13? Hmmm. I wouldn't want to be one of them. Keep pretending it's fantasy...and pull out your checkbook for the inevitable donation request.

Is it an established certainty that this actually took place? I'd honestly like to think NO supposed "professional" could ever truly prove themself THAT much of a wilfully irresponsible and infantile, utter fool.

I sincerely do hope this isn't true, since it would reflect badly on everyone, and "not to smart at all" wouldn't even begin to cover an offense of that sort. What even possible "defense" could be offerred: "But, but, Mr. FAA inspector!...I didn't think of it as intentionally falsifying a document!...I jess' ain'ts nunz 2 bright, an' I wuz jess' tryin' ta' be "cute"...? Aw c'mon man!..Jess' chill out, government dude!"

Was this actually found in a working logbook aboard the aircraft, and not perhaps just a scanned image made up as a "cute" pic to be posted to the net by some empty-headed, juvenile "spartan"? Not that even doing that would demonstrate a great deal of wisdom...I guess I'm still just hoping someone will tell me this didn't really happen.

Just talked to my FAA buddy this guy is in trouble. These westies just won't quit, the clipboard would have been a better place, stay tuned and better sell more ties for his defense.

It's true the picture of the logbook has been sent out to the pilot group if you on BG email list.

Picture doesn't show the date but it appears to have been a West crew in the computer.

It does if you lol at the subsequent write up below.

If he gets fired, AOL will have another excuse for a "massive fundraising" letter and meet and greet announcement. Things appear dire, but with your help we can be on the precipice of victory!!

West passions got "G. Nicolau III" fired? How poetically ironic.

And oh yeah... The West's "Integrity Matters" campaign has a new poster boy... And he can moonlight for the "Smooth Move Ex-Lax" jokes.

No worries then Cactus, since that should prove to be an unassailable defense indeed.
