They were offered that at Wye River, I remember them saying something like NIC or Nothing.

If you would have come off your hard-line DOH or nothing stance, you might have not gotten the Nic. You might get Nic + as a result in the next arbitration if you did not learn your lesson the first time with DOH or nothing.

The West have never been entitled to anything more than the contracts they have ratified.   The 9th knew it.  The SCOTUS knew it.  Silver knew it.  And Wake knew it but couldn't help himself.
