BPR Special Meeting Notice
In accordance with the USAPA Constitution & Bylaws Article V Section 3, and USAPA UOM Section 3 Paragraph II.a.1, President Steve Bradford has called a Special Meeting of the USAPA Board of Pilot Representatives, at the USAPA offices in Charlotte. It will commence at 1000 ET on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 and conclude at 1700 ET or at the conclusion of business.
The planned agenda for the meeting is:
Merger Committee Update
Litigation Update
Other Business
USAPA Communications
You might want to add fundraising to the agenda.
Why would they need to do that, they have over 10 mil in the bank? Oh that's right, you are also the one that said the offices at Woodlawn would soon be vacated a few months ago. That's not the case pal, there are cars there and they are still open for business every day but weekends. Try again.

From the PHX update..........

"This decade-long delay wouldnt be such an issue if the Phoenix base had been allowed to share in the gains of these mergers, but the company seems hell-bent on keeping PHX on the island that USAPA created. Management's announced plans will prolong this unfair situation that deprives PHX pilots of opportunities found everywhere else throughout the system by turning a blind eye toward the obvious, and remaining deaf to our many complaints while continuing to reward behavior that is detrimental to the company as a whole. To our knowledge, management still has no plans to bring new pilots or equipment to PHX in the interim, so we should expect things to only get worse in PHX (and for longer) before anything improves."

Look at poor Scherff and Ferguson whine about the stagnation in PHX......

You got what you asked for..........To bad you did not take the NIC when we offered it to you, going to be many more years in the desert. Your greed has cost you.

NIC OR NOTHING.................

"Yes, the East offered the NIC. They just wanted to protect their retirement attrition, which stalled by the change in Age-60. Looking back, that offer must look like a home run to any West pilot right now, but last February the EAST MEC and ALPA couldnt get to first base with it."

"Our former MEC and our union leadership played a very high stakes game of poker by not dealing at Wye River. Freund was right, we were risking everything..and right now, it looks like we lost. They need to take responsibility for that."

U-Turn

Yes.

Drink. Post. Then post a another post in response to your own previous post. Add smiley. Call anyone who bothers to respond to your rambling rants a child...tell them to grow up...challenge them to some sort of duel or wager...add another smiley.

Repeat above. Add smiley.

Do all the above on the pilot thread. Add smiley.

Troubling indeed. Has been for some time.

Westies are on a meltdown after that PHX update..........or is it your 675 ties have been banned by your chief pilot.

You kids must feel really stupid turning down the NIC, come on EC or CP1 who was the idiot that made that decision.

The west has what they brought to the merger and they don't like it...... Actually they are doing flying that was stolen from the east.

So right, it was approximately 26% of our flying we turned over to them to keep them profitable.............such an ungrateful group they are.

What's you point? Do not operate an aircraft if drugs or alcohol in your system? That's a given.

For example:

New information on a US Airways jetliner crash March 13 in Philadelphia indicates that the accident was caused by pilot error, according to federal documents cited on an aviation news website.

The FAA report noted the captain reported for duty 45 hours after taking two prescription medications: midazolam, a sedating drug, and fentanyl, a powerful painkiller "used as part of medical procedures," the website said.

Post the memo. Better yet, tell any of our pilots they can't wear it.

The point is you most likely have accused a current pilot of being a drunk. Perhaps you should should consider the legal ramifications of same accusations.

From the PHX update...............

"We cannot understand how the company, at the onset of the merger, was so eager to get a single integrated seniority list and finally realize the synergies of a combined airline that it offered the union a $4 million reward to produce an integrated list before Dec. 9, 2015. This was one of the reasons PHX, with near unanimity, voted to ensure its passage and supported the MOU and the AA merger in the first place — to complete the deal quickly, rather than drag it out for over a decade, like the AWA–US Airways merger that still hasn’t concluded."

Seriously, "We cannot understand"............surely your not that stupid? You kids are simply amazing.

The only thing you need to understand is you dug you own grave in the sand and you will be there for few more years.
