The west group led by Mitchell Vasin, will soon find themselves in the LAA pilot crosshairs.
west pilot dilemma is extremely problematic. How do they insist on placing all furloughed east pilots below west pilots, yet insist they will have a different plan for Legacy AA?
They cannot.
You forgot number 3:

Based upon any conceiveable snapshot there will be West pilots on furlough.

Not some fantasy 'we are all 767 pilots' list. The actual, day to day list will have West furloughs.

Oh wait, its all Bulars fault. Scratch that.

...."There is no doubt at U-Turn that if the NIC Award is scrapped there will be a DFR lawsuit. In fact, U-Turn has long supported a DFR lawsuit if the NIC is gone.... Unfortunately for us, the bar in winning a DFR is high...
Just one single UTurn author was smarter than 1,000 Marty Harpers and 1,000 Ferggies. UTurn believed in honesty and objectivity to its readers.

At least UTurn understood "ripeness" and the probability for losing. UTurn never sold hype to sell ties.

The Legacy American pilots must want to know what former Eagle pilot and Arizona Summit Law student Mitchell Vasin has planned for them. Especially those unfortunate enough to have been furloughed. Vasin and the rest of the west 2004 hires have plans to place those LAA furloughed far below the 2004 Eagle hire. An amazing stretch for Mitchell.
Stand by, for it is an explosive event that will turn the LAA pilots heads in anger.

I don't care if you are Ray Charles, no one can miss the irony of you posting a "Nutbar-o-meter".  No one, except other oblivious...

They left one of the chart:

Creepy Stalker
Creepy pilot who was willing to open the floodgates for the sell job of " FEED" for RJ s.
Huge mistake, but the ALPA Giveaway Gang believed every fairy tale fed to them.
Look your fellow pilots who got furloughed in the eye and explain how you helped put them on the street.

Keep avoiding the answer to the question every pilot asks: Where will west pilots propose putting furloughed Legacy American furloughed on their seniority proposal?

Eyes on Leonidas

The ALPA GIVEAWAY GANG forgot to do their homework.
Nice job Traitor.

Shrinking the production level, in the case of the airlines mainline flying, raises the overhead costs per flight hour. Ultimately the stand alone revenue stream becomes incapable of supporting the overall structure.
Legacy airlines have been outsourcing at both ends of their systems with disastrous results. High cost Regional Jets and their subsidiary companies have been handed the tertiary and some secondary city pairs. High CASM (cost per available seat mile) due to high fuel cost and low seat count has exceeded RASM (revenue per seat mile); in short the small jets are upside down. At the inception of this model high yield and low fuel costs spread across an entire network allowed profitability. However in their zeal to outsource both ends of their networks the major airlines have reached a tipping point. The production level (mainline) can no longer support the costs.
The small jets are dragging down the bottom end of the network and code share is now doing the same to International. Synergy, virtual mergers, etc. etc.: where is the synergy? Did either company of an alliance reduce overhead? Was either management team or their inherent over head eliminated? Marketing? Public Relations? HR? Training? Operations? Anything?

Your powers of observation are questionable. Your ALPA handlers had you carry the company water on the RJ debacle. Now your west handlers lead you by the nose.

He doesn't have West "handlers"

By no means is that true. About the only thing I've ever found admirable in his postings is his willingess to maintain a position regardless of scorn. Traderjake stands to personally gain nothing I can see from his position, yet holds to it anyway. However cross-threaded and personally incomprehensible I find his "thinking"; I must respect his willingness to stick with, well...whatever-in-hell his beliefs actually are.

What I've absolutely no/zip/ZERO use for are fantasies of "Honor" taken solely from movies, delusional notions of "Integrity" taken only from T-shirts, pathetic excuses for even "adults" (much less "professional Pilots") that are so hopelessly immature as to imagine themselves "soldiers" in some Fantasyland "army", and worthless punks like yourself boasting of supposed "talent" that you're (so very surprisingly) somehow never willing to risk demonstrating for the education and betterment of us all.

Go "spartans!" 😉
