What would you have me say? Characteristically I post quotes from JUDGES. Sometimes I post from LEARNED COUNSEL. I even post from el Presidente MIke Cleary.

Your posting from a witness, who's testimony MAY/MAY NOT be considered by the BOA.

Hang on to your hat Brother. The new list is on the way, and it's REALLY Final & Binding.

A west witness that was your MEC Chairman and called by your committee.

Your reply speaks volumes about you. You are dismissed once and for all, junior.

SLI Arbitration is complete (@ 1443 ET) today! Maybe we should start a 100 box pool on the date the new list is delivered ().

Hang on boys! Thus one's REALLY Final & Binding!
Yes the west pilots continuing their various nefarious plots.

They think they are always in a fantasy movie produced by Brice, acted in by Auxier and the smoking gun delivered by non other than (I am trying promoting myself as a classy guy on the APA C&R board) mitch vasilino.

The Mccaskill- Bond law requires an agreement or arbitration.  The west pilots realizing now they will soon be the modern Air Cal, Reno and TWA recipients of a merge SLI, will soon play victim and ask to be USAPA pilots and attempt to garner a agreement.  In this new strategy they will try to claim wide bodies, bases, growth and fish bowl redemption.

"but perhaps not opened?"

Your original quote cactusboy53 is below.  You left out not opened in your new quote. You kept in "thus one" though.

Hear through the grapevine that management is expecting to see an SLI award by the end of January.  Yes....January, 2016....two weeks from now.  That would certainly be a novelty, i.e. arbitrators around here not taking years to do their job.
It was fascinating how efficiently and quickly the BOA dealt with the untimely interference from the 9th. The BOA eliminated any confusion about three equal committees and plainly stated their commitment to an expeditious, fair and equitable conclusion.

January 30th seems fast, but it isn't entirely implausible since we are talking about the BOA.. not about Parker's apathetic, underfunded, and undermanned IT department.

We will probably have an SLI before we have 4 rounds of pilot vacation results.

Post-hearing briefs are due on March 21, 2016. ... No doubt the BOA will be done by the end of January (and working on their golf swing) but they won't release it until May or June.

Everyone knows the East was planning on suing over the fact their own Union...once AGAIN, walked out of the process. The Boa stripped you of that option. Easy Peasy.!now when the nic on steroids gets shoved up your six, you have no options but to smile and take it.

West have not had widebody aircraft since their management's short-sighted-and-short-lived Boeing 747 days of the late 1980s and early 1990s.
Sorry Bub, but my paychecks said "US Airways" going into this merger. The company I worked for then had B757's, B767's, A330's, AND we were slated to be a new recipient of the A350.

I remember certain westies bragging for years after the merger that their pay checks still said America West.

I now just feel kind of sorry for you.
