Quite sure........fair and equitable, that's code for no NIC.....Wye River lives rent free in your head.

Luv watching you guys whine in the CNR board.

Once rational respect for another man's earned time by worked years went out the window, all notions of "fair and equitable" were only afterwards constructed to prey on human greed and weakness....and "make it rain" within courtrooms/boardrooms. That supposedly "intelligent" pilots could almost incredibly prove themselves utterly childish "It's ALL about MEEE!" village idiots...Well, suffice it to say I'll feel myself well out of this whole "new breed" of supposed "pilots" thing shortly, and be content instead with long-established old eagle friends of many years.  I wish I had something more gentle to say there, but I don't. Good luck to all.

Hint though: "fair and equitable, that's code for no NIC"...? Hardly. "fair and equitable" is code for contemporary "pilots" being largely opportunistic/short-sighted-idiots that can be easily played like corporate ping pong balls...period.  Did I mention I've a fresh offering from a Nigerian "prince" that only needs your bank account info and a small contribution to immediately make you all rich? Then too; there's some family land in Florida that would, on it's fringes, offer some amazing opportunities for both alligator and nowadays python farming if anyone's interested? 😉

Nice try, but methinks Mr. Eastwood would truly and very properly find you absolutely repulsive.

Let's do the math for a moment here:

1) You lick the shoe soles of PHX "spartans" and wholeheartedly cheer for the nic against your very own coworkers.

2) You don't seem much too keen on personally commanding an aircraft.

3) "Clint" seems to find Capt Sullenberger to be an actual hero, while you flourish pom poms for pathetic brain-dead "spartans" who've often voiced their utter contempt for his actions on that flight.

Hmm...maybe you could someday hope to personally "star" in some film made by Michael Moore....Dare to dream "big"..."LT Hardy".

P.S. Please do hit us all up again about your personal notions of "Honor"? I'm sure we could all use some refreshed laughs there. 😉

Sure...if you say so, it must be true (not really ).

Ah! Yet another original "thought"...only previously posted by "you'se" countless times. Sigh, my honest sympathy. What else can be said?

Dare to someday at least dream big and actually try to come up with a viable whole paragraph of supposed "thought."

"You'se" previously bemoaned the lack of apparent "debate", so, by way of a generous soul I'll get one started here. I'll postulate that "you'se" are likely a permanently juvenile, perhaps even congenital idiot, by way of an evidenced history of fully nonsensical postings here. Quotes available in abundance. You may counter when ready....?

If it'd make things easier; perhaps we could begin with developing further discourse around just your earlier braying of how "This is Sparta!" alone? 😉

P.S. Per self-imagined "hero/patriot" status; it'd help if you could note something other than "flying in the troops"...You know? More along the lines of actually being one of "the troops"? Being yourself a purely self-styled "soldier" in your pwecious widdle Fantasyland "army of leonidas"...We've all no doubt you've many blood-curdling tales to tell....?

It's funny....when America West Airlines / CACTUS was flying troops the the desert, no one had trouble with the call sign then. ......

"This is Sparta!" 😉

Not so fast.

(BTW, from which verse in the Bible did that quote come, Christian Brother?)

Weren't you both born in the Fifties? The difference being, he had at least 16 or more years with the airline when you were hired at AWA. He most likely began his career flying in his early twenties.

The way to get seniority, CB53, is to get hired as young as possible, not in your forties. That way you don't have to be an angry, vitriolic, and insulting old first officer. Or, at least please realize, if you don't get hired at a younger age, you will never be particularly senior. Your lack of seniority is your own fault. You need to learn to deal with that fact.

In unity.

You're just a bitter old man still in the right seat with a failed career.......you need to take responsibility for that along with destroying the careers of your fellow coworkers........if you have half a brain it must be tearing you up inside........go ahead pick up the phone call project wingman they are waiting for your call.

Perhaps....BUT when airlines MERGE and ARBITRATION is used to MERGE those lists...the agreeing parties are BOUND by their word.  Otherwise you are a CHEAT.  Using our dues to do so makes you a DOUCHEBAG & a CHEAT

“In this instance, despite a year of negotiating efforts, there was no agreement on a list. Subsequently, the Representatives choose the Undersigned as Board Chairman and opted for the Med-Arb process. Those mediation efforts, held over the course of five days in October 2006, were similarly unsuccessful. Thereafter, the Parties agreed on the arbitration ground rules, and, pursuant to the Policy, each chose a Pilot Neutral from ALPA's Pilot Neutral Master List as a nonvoting member of the Arbitration Board.

Not bitter at all.  My career is just fine and will progress along very soon.  I'll see you in CLT / PHL soon enough.  Cheers!
