Your point please on this one.

The point is that this has been covered completely and to death.

Read the whole thread.

The preponderance of the evidence indicates that AWA kept AAA out of chapter seven.

What does this have to do with the final integration? Not much but you keep bringing it up, and bringing it up with conclusions that are not supported by the evidence.

Seabury Group Begins Soliciting Merger Partner As “Hedgeâ€￾
to Standalone Plan Early February

The AWA contribution is incredibly simple.

You will notice that the Seabury report is entitled; "US Airways reorganization and merger with America West Airlines."

Without America West's interest the Seabury report would not have been commissioned. The timeline indicates that negotiations started even before LOA93 was in place. The only reason any of the funds listed in this report are there is because AWA was a willing participant in a merger.

The entire reason AAA management wanted pilot costs to approximate AWA costs was that it was a pre-condition to AWA's willingness to take AAA on.

Hey Nos what does "liquidation" mean in usapia? it must be something good, kind of like mda losing the lawsuit and declaring victory. Oh why would phl and clt close?

Your point sir. You have opinions as we all have body parts, and they all have aroma.

What exactly did awa bring, was it money or your drunk ceo, one sentence please for your answer.

AWA brought everything.

No AWA, no financing, no AAA.

Please note the date of the report. It is 27 Sept. 05.

The "standalone" plan is simply listed in the timeline during late 2004.

No one was willing to write a check for the "stand-alone" plan.

All the money in the timeline appears after AWA shows up at the party.

awa showed up to the party and they brought exactly what?

Okay, you don't seem to understand what "everything" means.

The financiers (guys with lots of money) were standing there behind Parker.

Because Parker was interested in buying and turning around AAA they wrote the check. Had Parker decided to walk away the money men would have left the room with him and AAA would have liquidated.

First came Parker then came the money.

No Parker, no money, no AAA.

The facts of the Seabury report do not show this is true. First came the money, then came parker with a proven track record of alcohol problems to manage it. Then the money went down the drain.

The facts show they bet on an airline that gouged the 911 sentiment of this country. The airline had drunk pilots, pilots that flew drugs for money, pilots that spotted space ships in the sky, greed clouds judgment. This will be studied for many years as the classic case of entrepreneurship gone wild.

You seem to have a reading comprehension problem.

Seabury only became involved, along with everyone else who brought capitol, after Parker/AWA expressed interest in merging.

Parker approached the underwriters and they agreed to finance AAAs emergence from BK2 conditioned on Parker merging the two carriers.

P.S. No money down the drain. Everyone involved in this transaction made out like a bandit. They liquidated their positions long ago.

I see that you are following the standard pattern.

1. Make it personal. All west pilots are drunk, UFO seeing, drug hauling cowboys. Excellent strategy, very compelling.

2. Get the facts wrong. No money went down the drain. Everyone who put in money received a great return on their investment. I won't even go into your lack of understanding about the word "entrepreneur."
