AUG/SEPT 2012 US Pilots Labor Discussion

usapa supporters take advantage of a labor dispute in an attempt to take jobs that are not theirs. They strip the West of union representation, actively persecute the West, deny the West its rights under the RLA, remove any chance for section 6, undercut the West pay in order to reap benefits from the company, and you don't like the word scab when it is improperly used?

Res did not say he would love to be a scab. He said he would cross a usapa picket in a heartbeat. Would that make Res a scab? Sure. Sounds to me that Res is willing to fight fire with fire.

Now guys like me would rather fight the usapa scab fire with urine. i won't cross the scabs picket line...i will stand at a comfortable distance from it an piss all over it.

That's right, I don't. I could call you a cross dressing monkey because I don't like your words, but that wouldn't mean I was using the term correctly.

You are right about res jud. He openly confesses his desire to be a scab, then denies that he would be. Kind of like the old joke-Now we know what you are, so we are just haggling over the price.

Any word yet on the presentation from the NAC to the BPR in open session this morning, and what the one "big item" is that is separating the union and the company regarding the MOU?

You are invited to my house to take whatever is yours, and don't fret yourself I believe in gun control.

Thanks for the invite, but there is nothing in your house that is mine.

I will however meet with you at our place of employment, where I have a job you are actively attempting to steal.

If only we'd voted no we'd still be making Parity plus 1% and have our pensions.

That's sarcasm by the way since you're obviously metally impared.
You and I have no idea what a consistent "no" vote would achieve, but don't wet yourself in fear at such a thought.

Be that as it may, you have what you have because you, and the pilots collectively, voted to accept it. Quit your bitchen about your pay and have the integrity to admit that the "yes" vote gave away what you gave away... And now the mentally challenged are proposing that more "yes" votes will achieve a compass correction. Idiots all.

DA, you went all the way to the SCOTUS crying a river and they told you to buzz off.

I don't like the word either when it is improperly used. If you have an idiot advertising that he would love to be one, what can you do?

I'm not sure if I'm convinced merging with AA will solve our problems or complicates the situation.

The silver lining?

Much like you are done with ALPA, I can put USAPA in the rearview mirror.

My my, such language, the truth hits a nerve.

I'm sure the bankruptcy judges would have rolled over and given us whatever we wanted, both times.

Sarcasm again.
You are such a push over its no surprise you ascribe such a generous spirit to bankruptcy judges. No sarcasm.

You and I have no idea what a consistent "no" vote would achieve.......

The Eastern Airlines strike certainly proves your point.

USAir was such a powerhouse, vital to the economy, that the creditors and government certainly would have saved it at all cost.

More sarcasm.

All,
The info I've just seen seems to indicate the mou = BPR passing a list per MB
