No way, this deal is about as bad as it gets. COC gone , scope gone, min. flt gone, ASK Paul Diorio about this. No pairity for 3 yrs and a small bounus give me a break. HUMMEL and the compass correction boys have to go now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE HAVE BEEN SOLD OUT BIG TIME.

Agree it sucks 🙁

What picket line has Res Judicata crossed?

Talk about making accusations.

He said he would, I didn't have to make an accusation!

If you are going to run your mouth then you should be able to back it up. When did back out of my agreement, or whatever you said?

9,

If it's that bad I will vote against it too. Have you seen it? Were you at the meeting today? I don't see anything on the website and when I talked to a NAC member the other day he said it wasn't finished.

Agree it sucks 🙁
Your wrong, if it sucked only that would be great, this is way beyond that, when this group understands what Hummel , Caibattoni, Rowe, Menear, Thomas have done to this pilot group rates right up there with the pension give away. I'm sure there proud of themselves.

It's not DONE yet. It still has to be voted on. The sky is not falling.

Wow, now everyone knows why the company wanted Paul Diorio off the negoatiating committee. If you really want to gat a idea off how bad this is please give or e-mail Paul, and yes I'm sure we have our ususal group that thinks this is OK (there nuts or just stupid). 9500$ is a slap in the face for for what this group has given over the last 7 or so years.

Pi ,

Not sticking my neck out on interpretation , am usually bad at that!

FA
Ok, you've got me scratching my head on that one. You said from what you have seen. What have you seen? Do you have a copy of the MOU? I don't see in on the website and didn't go to the meeting.

He said he would, I didn't have to make an accusation!

If you are going to run your mouth then you should be able to back it up. When did back out of my agreement, or whatever you said?
And you "said" you oppose the Nicolau award and you support an organization created to renege on a mutually agreed upon arbitration.

Res can be labeled for something he's said but hasn't actually done, you on the other hand can't be labeled based on what you've said until you actually do it.

What a hypocrite.

Those notes are accurate. Meeting is still going on.

If we lose our sick bank that's a deal breaker for me.

It should still be put out for a vote by the pilots.
