Yep. If Doug wants to get a TRO slapped against this transaction and the accompanying multi year delay, go ahead. Hand over a DOH list. It won't go anywhere. My gut however, tells me Parker is done waiting and he has far too much to lose this time. He can't just stick to his ridiculous M.O. Of pretending ignorance. This is now finally HIS problem to. He will take the path of least resistance.

Actually, Doug may very well want to see a TRO slapped on the deal after the fact.....

Merger happens...POR finished...pilots pay locked and fixed...when seniority battle begins and judge slaps TRO while the company has already gained relief from the AWA/AAA TA. There are no fleet mins, block hour requirement on domiciles etc...the company gains all the synergies of a merger and the pilot are put on hold.

The TRO only effecting the SLI.

Wtf are you talking about. This was before you were on the property and quite possibly before you stepped into an airplane. Come back when you make some sense

Listen up moron.....the "property" is owned by what was AWA.

You are the new kid on the block, and Res is dead on in his assesment of the 7 year giveback/failure to recoup.

Luv has stated over and over his supprt of usapa and taking pay concession to further the usapa agenda.

Guess you struck a nerve with are furloughed friends.   😛 Project Zanzibar!!!!!! loser.

Can we get a better yes, but not with this group I'm sorry to say. looking forward to helping those AMR pilots, Did you get the BS reason on min fleet, new one to me. Please get a hold of DiOrio he can really make you understand better than I. I'm all for cooperating for a fair deal this it not.

9 you and so many people seem to see this MOU as a chance to make up for the years of give backs we have suffered. It's not. It's an effort to put us on the same footing as AA pilots moving forward. Since this merger idea was hatched they have completely gone around us.

I'm thinking that absent this deal we will be standing back watching our AA brothers make term sheet rates and check on their frozen pension while we sit on LOA 93, with no 40 million until we can hammer out a joint contract, or while the company an APA continue to walk around us and decide for us. I don't know. We may be better off with LOA 93 and fleet protections. But I still haven't seen an answer from YOU on what we do if we decide to turn our backs on a MOU.

Do you think we have the power to stop this merger if we don't get what we want? If so, how?

Take some advice from your dad when you were a kid and ran up to him to ask for his money out of his wallet to fund a great opportunity for you. "If you need an answer now, the answer is, no. But I'm willing to hear you out if you think you can convince me to say, yes. Go ahead."

We have advocates of the MOU telling us the company is giving us an opportunity to pay for the AA pension with our Scope, CoC, LPPs, and min fleet. And our attorneys are telling us to jump on it and say yes. I'm all ears. The answer is no if you need an answer now. Go ahead, tell me why we should vote to give up our CoC, Scope, LPPs, and min fleet. The floor is yours. You have weeks and weeks to persuade me but considering the cost of the concessions the company is trying to add to the billions we already gave, you should get working on the details, times a wasting and you got a steep hill to summit. The parking brake is set, but go ahead, start talking.

Phx,

Best post I've read in long time !

I can't argue with you I understand where you are coming from, the company has you right where they want you and it's working, all those doubts and what ifs. I trying to get Paul to get a video or letter to explain a lot ot this to us he was the only one who really did a great job down there. I don't care if this merger happens or not, but that's me. If the MOU is turned down your telling me end of story, how did the flt att vote go they understood scope was not the end of the world but a little better deal. Will see.

Your concession has cost 924PS north of $150k and all you got is suggesting I am furloughed??

Very weak.

Get a clue, LCC is basically owned by the former AWA. You prove daily that you don't even understand the position you are in, and you comment continuously proving your ignorance.

?Project Zanzibar? That was the contingency planning for a possible reorganization under chapter 11 of AWA in the event that revenus declined and/or by the time you got on the scene, the AWA aquisition of AAA did not happen.

Learn from the past Luv...right now there is likely a "Project Madigascar" contingency of how to keep you in your LOA93 place if the MOU becomes moot.

As one of the senior PSA Captains told Colodny, Malin, and Schofield when they came to announce the shutdown of the former PSA system:

"Gentlemen, Western Airlines and United have been trying to put PSA out of business for 30 years. You guys were able to do it in 3!"

Don't forget to ask your PI brothers and sisters how they feel about USAir's "cool Northern efficiency".

TB,

All nice rationality above. He simply made a truthful analysis of how YOU benefited at Piedmont and usair pilots expense for past 24 years and always have maintained the audacity to again place us under the bus wheels. Being a nice c/o to work with does not overcome this fact.

FA

There are quite a few knuckleheads on this forum, and you are at the top of that list.

And don't forget, without AWA you'd be flying a cargo plane full of rubber dogshit out of Hong Kong...

Feel as you wish.

I will reiterate for the umpteenth time.

I never believed there would be a DOH seniority list between USAirways/AWA before or after the Nicolau Award. Nor did I believe a new union could overturn the result of a binding arbitration.

Sorry you feel that's throwing you under the bus.

Lay off the Androgel tm. You get far too testy. The swelling breasts and acne were warnings......

And you sir are correct....

Nor will there be a DOH integration with AMR...or a DOH list submitted for SLI between AMR and LCC.

No bus wheels involved..just plain facts your east co-workers fail grasp.

Now this one is really rich, Caibattoni on the jumpseat telling the crew this MOU is not that good, Well he's the one that put this together, kind of like Mowery and LOA93. It's unbelieveable.

?Project Zanzibar?
Your quest for the NIC has cost your senior guys way more than that.
