Yep. If Doug wants to get a TRO slapped against this transaction and the accompanying multi year delay, go ahead. Hand over a DOH list. It won't go anywhere. My gut however, tells me Parker is done waiting and he has far too much to lose this time. He can't just stick to his ridiculous M.O. Of pretending ignorance. This is now finally HIS problem to. He will take the path of least resistance.

Merger happens...POR finished...pilots pay locked and fixed...when seniority battle begins and judge slaps TRO while the company has already gained relief from the AWA/AAA TA. There are no fleet mins, block hour requirement on domiciles etc...the company gains all the synergies of a merger and the pilot are put on hold.
The TRO only effecting the SLI.
