Then I wonder why the PHX reps voted to not send the MOU out to the membership, and when the BPR did vote to, it was unanimous for a recommendation of a no vote, with one PHX abstaining? Or so I heard.

why did the PHX reps vote no? The deal sucks. At least the PHX reps stood up and said so. You east guys are so concerned about voting so there you go.

What are your buddies going to do now? Yes or no?

There is a complication for them. Furloughed guys aren't protected. They have 40 furloughed guys in PHX that did not accept recall to the open East jobs. Some did. They want those 40 protected since we have new hires flying and they are still furloughed. Problem is, some West guys DID accept recall to the East and some are on the 190. You can't pay protect guys out west at a higher payrate than their counterparts that accepted recall.

Just what I was told.

He's all about not making the same mistakes twice. United said they'd have nothing to do with the scam Parker was attempting with DISGUISING COC. He needs COC, BUT LIKE OUR PENSION, THEY PREFER WE SIMPLY GIVE IT AWAY SINCE WE'RE SO APATHETIC.

Your going to recall your PHX reps?

I'd encourage everyone to seriously support a recall to those gutless reps who felt the membership couldn't be trusted with a vote. They should know they have no hand to play, except what Parker gives them out of pity. This BPR is the same braintrust that decided that since they couldn't understand PBS, they should fight it.

A track record of relying on ignorance is worth recalling.

My guess is that the PHX reps went along to give an appearance of solidarity. Suckered again!
