The increase is not coming either way.

The arguement will be that COC is not triggered because "control" was not changed. Same CEO..same president...all the same players still have jobs..and you get no snapback.

Your three factions joining together to say no indicates nothing more than they are cowards. With a no recommendation, they put the blame on their constituents. That way, when they go back to the line, they can tell the one's that are bitching that they told them to vote "no."

Answer this: has any of your stupidly written deals with your management ever benefitted you as pilots? You agreed to LOA93 without having hard dates and expirations. Did Parker ever consider letting you off it or even pay parity? Never.
Now you morons are considering more time on low pay. I have never seen a stupider group, hopefully if you take it, they will take you to the cleaners again with tricky language. Happens time and time over. Hate to say it but nobody in the rest of the industry respects you or your leadership. The Franke group is laughing as we speak. It is like taking candy from babies.

As you are our village idiot, I'll make this as simple for you as possible. You can either remain on LOA 93 for the next two+ years and watch AA negotiate our work rules

or

you can see an increase in pay (your's being the bigger jump), parity with Delta/United in THREE years, a seat at the table, and a check for $10K.

I know it'll take at least a day for you to sound out all the words I just put up so I don't expect an answer anytime soon.

There is no "door number three". Its either LOA93 or the MOU. That's it.

What is being gained is a step toward a brand new contract in a few years. And when we go for that brand new contract as the top airline pilot group, we'll be able to write our own ticket.

and that was was given up in the past will not be recovered and giving up more won't help that.

Out NAC has stated that, other than a few little things, we are topped out. There's no more. And for you guys to walk away from the MOU because you want to be made completely whole is ridiculous. It isn't going to happen.

Are you really that dumb, or just greedy? Those 40 weren't furloughed at the time of the merger, they had jobs. We've been hiring and those 40 would have jobs if the east hadn't hijacked the union to avoid the arbitration. How is that in any way related to US east prior to the AWA merger? If I grow up does that mean I lose my integrity and half my brain cells? No thanks.

Was AAA the surivor in the last transaction when AWA bought them...nope....did it trigger COC...nope....

In this transaction will AMR be the suriving company....maybe if east gives up COC...apparently it is cheaper that way...but if they don't give up scope the players just go to Delaware and start the new corporation...it will be traded on the Nasdaq with the sybol FYCOC. F*** YourCOC.

Being a complete idiot must really start to take a toll.

The pilots at LCC are perfectly capable of determining for themselves whether this deal is acceptable. Now run along and pull the gear for a real Delta pilot.

I will lay odds right now that the company will put in writing that the 40 go into the future combined list according to their positions in the final SLI.

We deserve it and we have the leverage. The company is so scared of us right now, they are willing to bribe us. COC must be worth billions of $. The BPR also knows that if a JCBA had been released to the pilots they would have said "NIC who?" and voted YES!
 
Boy, I'm glad I'm not that young this this deal going to turn out bad, the boys are getting the matches and the gas ready. There is nothing to lose at our age maybe you guys you start calling some of the ancient scabs that worked for AWA and get some advice.
