What's so mysterious about making a fuel stop? Is there a secret section of the FOM that only trans-Atlantic "skippers" get? Do they give you the secret handshake in over water training or something?

Heck Jim, we hardly even get any training for transatlantic flying. Most of it is CBT training. Nothing against the training department but you know it is the beancounters that run this airline.
